Steam pipe had a leak, Maxwell changed the section out, pitched it to the proper slope and stuck around to make sure there weren't any issues after the heat was turned back on.

I had a complex steam heat problem and I was skeptical that it would be solved. A few other heating companies recommended expensive possible fixes without citing a cause.
I called Maxwell and spoke with Anita, who proceeded to listen very carefully to the situation I was describing. She ran Recommendit by the owner of the company who decided to come out himself to assess the issue. Kirk arrived the next day and did a thorough inspection.
Following through on his recommendations, I now have radiators working that barely functioned for years. These people are legit experts. I will recommend them to everyone requiring heating/HVAC service.

Whenever I need assistance, Anita is always there, quick to respond and ready to schedule appointments, even on short notice. What truly sets Maxwell apart is their problem-solving approach. In situations where most companies tell me why something can’t be done, Maxwell finds a way. One of their standout technicians, Kelvin, has completed numerous jobs in my building. He not only finds solutions but also provides multiple options, always with a kind attitude and a smile.

We have an old largely jerry-rigged a/c unit. This makes servicing difficult at times. trevor showed a lot of knowledge and most importantly tenacity in approaching our problems. He refused to give up an the unit is now running as we hope. I would be delighted to have him hndle any a/c issues in the future-Fred Cohen

I had a major leak in the bathroom and the drainage pipe blew out under the kitchen sink – two problems at one time. It was an emergency. My building management got in contact with these guys and they totally came through. I hadn’t been able to take a shower in a couple of days in this hot weather. It never felt so good to get clean again.
With Anita manning the phones and Roberto as pipe whisperer I think any plumbing problem will be tackled with finesse. Cheers to these guys gals in this wonderful City.

My hot water tank failed and they had a tech at my house rapidly. After arriving and determining exactly what was needed the tech left and returned about an hour later with a new tank and all the necessary parts to get me hot water all in the same day. Their work was very clean and at a great price!!!

Going to start with the good. They are open 24/7 and would bring some one within an 2-3 hours. besides that their quality to their service underperforms and would charge you for just coming. They changed a cold water line in the basemen and fixed it. But They left a valve closed and couldn’t tell me it was closed, then sent two extra plumbers to not do anything and dare to ask me what he should put in the invoice. The next day it started to leak. I called and they didn’t want to send the same plumbers that fixed it. I’m so dissatisfied with the quality had to get different plumbers.

I guess I must have spoken with Stephanie as well because I have never spoken to such a NASTY human in customer service. She told me my project was going to be to expensive so they didn't want to take the project?? How does she know how much money I have? And who turns down cash? Such a cheap excuse. And when I was trying to ask her questions so I can better understand, she clearly showed that I was bothering her.
Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time calling this place. I am sure you are already stressed enough needing a plumber and you do not need this NASTY of a human or service to add to it.
