One of my AC units was not putting out cold air. Within 24 hours. Dmytro showed up and easily fixed my problem. He is a gem. I have used their company to install an outdoor exhaust fan over the barbecue years ago. I'm so happy with their service. I recommend them highly, very honest. No need to search any further.
Our second time with the gentlemen of Max Air and once again they delivered. Had an emergency tricky situation come up that kept Joe here for quite a bit trying to diagnose, but his patience and thoroughness in his inspection eventually found the sneaky problem that wasn't allowing our system to stay on.
He, along with Glen who was off site calling in, stayed in communication with me throughout, explaining what they found along the way, and never gave up on getting it right. I was worried that as the day was ending, and this heat wave was just beginning, that we would have to go the weekend or longer without AC. But Joe didn't leave until everything was running smoothly.
I was once again really impressed with the level of professionalism, care, and respect they had for our home and my family. This was also the day after me sending a late night text of desperation and fitting us in the very next morning. What a relief to know a business cares that much. Thank you to Joe, and Max Air, for once again showing up and getting it done.

Max Air has won our business for life! About a year ago, they installed a heat pump to replace our failing furnace. The heat pump gave us air conditioning in addition to heat - a welcome bonus. Recently, we started hearing a whistling sound and worried that a bearing or other component was going bad. Max Air came out, examined the system top-to-bottom and determined that the ductwork in our house was too small and that the force of air through the ducts caused the whistling. They adjusted the fan to blow more gently and that took care of the whistling. Max Air could have told us we need to replace all ductwork. Instead they found an easy and practical solution for us. We highly recommend them.

Two years after our unit was first installed, Max Air's team is still the best out there. We contracted them to do our annual review and maintenance. Professional, thorough and the most courteous and friendly group we have ever worked with in over 40 years of homeownership. They truly are there for you....not what's in it for them.
