Extraordinary perfect.. listen there are some people out here that talk the talk but dont walk the walk.. Jay definitely is a man of his word.. he talks it and walks it. He made my whole buying a mattress experience Pleasant and comfortable. He was easy to talk to. He went Way beyond expectations and I most definitely got the BANG for My BUCK... He was very attentive to what my needs and wants were. He is very knowledgeable about The product he sell and The service he provides is impeccable.. I could not have chosen a Better Person to have meet and dealt business with.. our conversation was Soooo Chill.. He never tried to Push anything on me to purchase and he actually made sure that I didn't purchase anything that I didn't need and he saved me Money.. I am a Customer for Life that I stand on.. this was my first time purchasing from Jay but it definitely want be the last... I Give this rating a 20 out of 10... Thanks Jay so much.. I highly recommend You go see him and you'll see exactly what Im talking about... Dont be fooled by the others.. Jay Steven's is the ONLY Mattress by appointment in chester.. dont be fooled . Great experience in store with Jay. Was able to set up our mattress yesterday and WOW! We love it. Both woke up and did not have any pain which we were starting to feel with our old mattress. Slept so well and am very pleased with our selection. I have bad knees and often will wake up in pain in the night due to my sleep position. No pain while sleeping. No regrets here.
