The young lady who answers the phone was so sweet.Even though I called her 4 times with questions/concerns ,she remained patient with me. She really wanted to make sure I was taken care of..And Mr. Doug was great as well...it was fast and convenient ..they were able to have meeting with me just an hour and a half after initial call..I had my prescription in hand within 2.5 hours....today was the first day I've felt like myself in months..I wish I had called weeks ago..I was worried it would be a gimmick of some sort,or a run around at the very least....but Yea,if u feel you are nearing the end of your rope.....call them...relief is only a few hours away..it was really nice to be treated like a human being and not just some junkie..when your choices no longer become a choice then it's time to let go and ask for help.even though it may be embarrassing at first, it's worth the call... thank you Doug and zoey
I spoke with them at MAT’s clinic at 2pm and by 4pm my husband had his medicine. They were very kind and super fast!

Addiction
Omg today I was face to face with Mr. Dave himself and his lovely wife. We talked n just talked about life/addiction. The descriptions he wrote down was heart felt real! Just real about life! This facility is one among all but one of the BEST PLACES TO RECEIVE CARE FROM! Everyone there is just down right nice , caring , compassionate about there job and it’s not just a job it’s there life what they LOVE doing! Anyone who walks through them doors will see first hand what I am saying! Thank y’all for everything! THEY WILL GET BACK WITH YOU ON ANY DAY EVEN THE WEEKEND!!!! That’s how much they care about YOU! This was beyond what I thought I would experience. Going into a treatment facility I always thought I’d be judged or looked down upon, however this was the complete opposite. I was extremely nervous especially when Dr. Daigle called me back, and I was met with a compassionate, empathetic vibe that calmed me down tremendously. I truly appreciate him for looking out for me and helping me get the necessary treatment I need for myself as well as on behalf of my family!

I found out about this place called Matt program place and it is wonderful! I can’t believe they called n got me set up in minutes and OVER THE WEEKEND!!! Best part!! Amazing thank u! And god bless!

Dr. Daigle has been the best physician I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. He went above and beyond in communicating with me and guiding me through a very difficult process of finding a specific brand of medication that I am not allergic to. He was patient, thorough, and genuinely invested in my well being every step of the way.
I truly cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. The level of care, professionalism, and compassion I have received has been exceptional. I plan on remaining a patient here for as long as they will have me.

Genuine care and exceptional service
Only one visit a month, but the doctors and staff here truly care. I've been to many places around Baton Rouge where I felt like just another dollar sign, but at this clinic, they know me by name, are always willing to help, and even call to check on me. The genuine care and attention they offer are unmatched. Five-star service all around!
