Matrix Academy is honestly one of the best beauty academies! I’ve had such a great experience here. What I really love is that they don’t just explain the treatments — they actually demonstrate everything properly on models and give you practical training, which makes learning so much easier and builds your confidence.
The whole team is friendly, welcoming and supportive. A special mention to Natalie, who is always so polite, kind and caring and speaks to everyone with such warmth and respect.

I completed my levels 4,5 & 6 with Natalie at Matrix. The course structure was well delivered and explained. Questions were answered quickly and well by tutors and the hands on training days werent rushed, with plenty of models to practice on.

I have been to Matrix 3 times for 3 different treatments and have to say my experience all 3 times was amazing. I had lip filler, the trainer and trainee where both knowledgeable and put me at ease. I then visited to start the process of a tattoo removal and had the same experience. Then I had a Japanese head spa. This left me feeling so relaxed. A wonderful studio, amazing supervision and outstanding treatments, would highly recommend.

I recently completed my training at Matrix Academy Aesthetics School and had such a great experience. Natalie, our trainer, is absolutely amazing. She explains everything clearly and goes through all the information in detail, making sure everyone fully understands and feels comfortable before moving on.
She’s incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to anatomy and physiology, and it’s clear she really knows her stuff. We were also given plenty of opportunity to practice on real-life clients, which really helped build confidence.

Natalie is a fantastic teacher, every tiny detail is taken into consideration, and the models are non stop giving us plenty of proper hands on training. I still need to come back for my advanced filler, but anti wrinkle, micro-needling, skin peels , first aid and complications are all done for level 4 , and can’t wait to start level 5 later this year.
I have heard from so many other practitioners who went to different training academies, and from what the general feed back has been, I believe that training at Matrix is very detailed and extensive, with so much variety and Natalie will only pass you when she is happy that you are competent in each area, and if needed she will get you back until she is happy that your work will reflect the good quality of Matrix training.

I attended the Japanese Head Spa course today with Natalie and it was absolutely fantastic. The training was incredibly informative and detailed, with every step explained clearly and thoroughly. I left feeling confident, inspired, and genuinely excited to incorporate what I’ve learned into my own treatments.
Natalie created such a relaxed atmosphere — calm, steady and welcoming — which made it so easy to learn and ask questions. The day flowed beautifully and was also really fun, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I had endolaser today as a model at Matrix. I cannot express how happy I am nit only with tge amazing results. But Natalie the trainer is exceptional. I have been to many aesthetic providers. Both privately and as a model. To medics and academies. I do find academies to be quite low market and not take health or hygiene as seriously as medics. However, Matrix are outstanding in this. Moreover, Natalie and her students really cared about the welfare of the patient. I drove almost 70 miles for this treatment. Quite honestly I cannot see the point now in ever going anywhere else. 5 stars all round. Thanks everyone for an amazing treatment. I'm over the moon.

I think Matrix may be my favourite place! Yesterday I had lip filler treatment as a model. Done by trainee Susan, not only was she hella gentle my lips look amazing and better than I imagined. She was super thorough, listened to what I wanted and executed it to perfection I’m so so pleased!
The training at Matrix is top tier and such a calm and warm environment in which to learn and thrive!

I had one to- one training with Natalie and completed my polynucleotide and skin booster training with Matrix Hair and Beauty Academy, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Natalie, my trainer, was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly thorough, making sure I felt confident and fully understood every step of the process.
The training was very hands-on, with lots of practical, well-structured, and delivered in a friendly and supportive environment. Natalie explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable asking questions throughout and also is very a calm presents that really helps to instill you with confidence in your achievements. I left the course feeling skilled, prepared, and excited to offer these treatments to my clients. With all the knowledge I felt I had gained . I was also allowed to record and document the day which helped greatly as you can watch back exactly how the treatments are performed when needed. Which is excellent if you a the type of learner that learns best by visually seeing instead of reading from a manual.

I have just attended the Laser Hair Removal and IPL course at Matrix with Lynn as my tutor and it was fantastic. I was provided with all the necessary materials before the assessment which were very informative. My tutor Lynn supported myself and the other learners throughout the theory practical day which left me feeling so much more confident. Natalie was really helpful and friendly as soon as I arrived and the set up of the academy itself is amazing!
