Great work Masters of Roofing did a great job repairing our roof. As promised, Tom came the day after we first contacted him to assess the job and give a quote. He took pictures & videos to show the problems and pointed out damage that needed to be repaired. He gave a reasonable written quote. They helped us quickly. We would like to thank Tom and his team (especially Phil who did the majority of the job) for their great service.

I highly recommend Masters Roofing. They did a great job with a complicated roofing structure. Connor was very through in his assessment of our needs and helped us remedy some other issues including siding that was decaying. Their workers were polite and respectful of our property. The pricing was fair!! A job well done!

Masters Roofing did a great job repairing our roof. Connor Jackson arrived as scheduled to survey our roof for any potential damage. Turns out that we didn't need a total replacement. He took pictures and pointed out damage that needed to be repaired. A date for the work was quickly scheduled. Work was efficiently performed by his team with follow-up pictures showing the results of their work. From start to finish our experience with Connor and Masters Roofing was exceptional.

Really good roofing company to work with in the Charlotte area. Partial delays due to insurance but once contract was signed they were pretty fast at getting our roof installed. Roof install on a 1400sqft took only a day. They provided a link to review progress that also included pictures taken onsite. Good pricing on roof as well and providing multiple options. Hopefully won’t need new roof anytime soon but would recommend adding them to list of roofers to use in Charlotte.

If you are looking for a roofing company in Charlotte, NC or the surrounding areas, look no further. We just had our roof replaced with Masters Roofing and it was the best experience! The whole process went so smoothly. After a hail storm in our area, Connor came out to assess our roof and discuss our options. He took the time to explain everything in detail and was not pushy at all. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable! He worked with our insurance company and our claim was approved. Masters prepared us for what to expect before the crew arrived to do the work. They were punctual, prepped our property, and did a high-quality job. They also kept us informed and updated us on the progress of the roof with pictures, which was so nice. They finished our roof within 2 days and cleaned up everything. Again, I highly recommend Masters Roofing - our experience was 10/10 and their professionalism is top notch!

I recently hired Masters Roofing for a roof replacement in Charlotte and had a great experience with Jeff and his team. After some bad storms in my neighborhood, my old roof was leaking and no longer holding up. Jeff came out quickly, explained the issues clearly, and gave me honest options without any pushy sales tactics. What shocked me was how efficient they were. They finished the job in one day while protecting my yard and cleaning up thoroughly. I was impressed they left no mess, especially since I have kids and a dog. The new roof looks great! They handled every aspect of the job, including dealing with my insurance company, which made the entire process as easy for me as I could have ever hoped for. Masters roofing is really one of the most honest companies out there. I called them out to inspect my roof and Jeff was so thorough and showed me pictures of it all. From Gina and Colby in the office to Jeff on site, they all communicated very well through the entire process and were honest about everything with NO obligations. I didn’t end up needing a replacement but when it’s time for a new roof or repair I’ll be calling them back!

Overall great experience working with Masters roofing. Conner was great! Too many times with companies they send out a super salesman, who try to scare you into increasing the scope of work. This wasn't the case with Conner and Masters roofing. He advised on what needed to be done, should be done, and what could wait. Glad I made the call to this company.

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless—largely thanks to the incredible project manager I worked with, Connor. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly helpful, especially when it came to navigating the insurance side of things. Connor took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, never made me feel pressured, and was refreshingly transparent about how the process works. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable and even easy. The crew did high-quality work and kept me updated on the progress through photos throughout the day. The best thing about this company specifically was the project manager that I met with, Connor, I met with all the 4.8-5.0 rated roofers in the area and he was the only one I met with that both felt authentic (and made me feel at ease not like I was being coerced or being given a sales pitch, I didn’t feel obligated or uncomfortable as with ALL the others) and was truthful from step one about how the industry works how insurance works even likelihood of what insurance charges and how pricing differs from paying out of pocket vs through insurance. Connor blew me away. The team that did the roof did a great job and we got a better warranty than the builder grade we were given, and when nails were left accidentally and a tire popped Connor immediately took care of the payment for that with the van. He communicated every step of the way and there were no surprises. They even have financing if that’s needed. Honestly you’ll get a good roof and a good job from any of the top rated companies in the area - but if you want the added bonus of authenticity and don’t want to feel like you’re being coerced by a salesman- go with masters roofing. Our insurance adjuster even knew Connor and was so so helpful with everything because this company and Connor have a great reputation with being truthful and easy to work with with insurance adjusters and you know how that can be tough to find! Great experience.
