From start to finish, this experience - though daunting and potentially scary - was supportive, informative, efficient, and quality. Andrew was GREAT. He helped us understand the process from start to finish, helped us work with our insurance company, was extremely friendly and communicative, and did a really nice job educating us about products. On a tuesday two weeks after we signed the OK to replace our roof, the crew was here and did a full roof replacement in one day. They left my yard and drive cleaner than it was when they arrived. Shout outs to Tony and Chad who were the inspectors and booking/site managers. Friendly and efficient. I hope i never have to buy a new roof, but if I do, my frist call will be to these guys.

Ed Hill is absolutely amazing. He explained everything in detail and provided pictures, before and after. Work was completed promptly with immediate cleanup to follow. Between Ed and Tony(math wiz), they saved me the stress of dealing with the insurance’s adjuster inability to figure out the final balance due to this company! I recommend this company highly.

Ed Hill came out a day after I left a message for needing Someone to Inspect what look like a trouble spot on the roof. He was thorough and explained options before even trying to make a sale. When it became apparent That The leak was active, Ed and Tony came back out and explained what needed to be done To repair the leak Ed kept me informed as To when Tony would return to complete the job. Having been a Masters customer for 14+ years, I have complete confidence in their work and their business practices. Extremely professional, competent, responsive and fair and reasonable in their pricing. A Five star organization!

I did not enjoy spending money on a new roof, but I did enjoy working with Ed Hill and Master's Roofing. This was not an insurance job, just old shingles that needed replacing before they started to leak. Ed walked me through all the options to make the best decision for what I needed. Where other roofers wanted 50% or more money up front, Masters did not require any money upfront and billed me at the completion of the work. Once I signed up, it only took a few weeks to be scheduled. The job took 2 days, the crew was very thorough, organized, and cleaned up so we couldn't even tell they were there. The roof looks great and it was relatively hassle free. I recommend Master's Roofing to anyone needing a roof replacement.

I just want to take a second to talk about how awesome this company is.... Master's roofing put a beautiful roof on my house. Ed Hill was my rep that took great care of me. He walked me through the entire process. Worked with my insurance company to get us a full roof replacement. While the job was going he check in on them and me to make sure they were taking great care of us. AND the thing I thought was what set them apart is after the crew had left, Ed was walking around with a giant industrial magnet making sure there were no stray nails. I've never been more impressed with a roofing company and specifically Ed for how well he and his company took care of us!

I highly recommend Masters Roofing for their services based on my very positive experience with them this summer during my insurance claim process for a complete roof replacement and interior repairs due to wind/hail damage. Bill, the sales consultant, patiently explained and helped me to understand all aspects of their contractor’s agreement, policies & procedures and what to expect in the claims process, and established a “good faith”relationship. Ashley (office manager) was always cheerful, courteous, accommodating and efficient. The workers (roofers & painters) were professional, arriving according to schedule and working diligently in 90 degree temperatures to complete the job. They cleaned up all the debris, leaving the property as it was before they started the work but with a new roof on my home and interior restoration that passed all required inspections. They truly earned their reputation and name as “master roof[ers]” and exceeded my expectations for getting a safe, and “seamless” installation. Thank you, Masters Roofing!

Ed Hill explained every aspect of their first-rate installation and the state-of-the-art materials they use, so I knew what to expect. I knew from their checklist how to prepare the house. The job was entirely completed in a day's time. I love the color and the roof vents are already making a difference in the attic, which for the first time ever no longer has a thermal trap. When they left, there was no trash left; not one shingle from the old roof and not one nail. They were courteous, respectful and mindful of other projects I've recently completed including protecting the new landscaping and new brick walkways. They also worked with my insurance adjuster, answering questions and providing documentation immediately on request. Overall, this company is extremely responsive to calls and texts. The roof looks amazing and they could not have done a more perfect job!

Master roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. The crew was professional, efficient, and the finished work looks great. During the project a Neighboring property had a minor concern ( a shingle or 2 in backyard) but when I brought it to their attention, the Team addressed it immediately. I really appreciated that Andrew from Master Roofing even took the time to personally check in with the neighbor to ensure everything was resolved. That level of responsiveness and customer care really stood out to me. I would definitely recommend Master Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and the team that stands behind what they do!
