From beginning to end the experience with Masters Roofing was so smooth. When Mr Ed came to my home he had my quote ready and took time to explain each step of the process of roofing my home. When he said the roofers would be here at 5:30, they were here not a minute late. There was a one day delay starting the project, but Mr Ed stayed in communication with me so I didn’t have to wander about what was happening.I was very pleased with the work. Very professional, came when they said they would and finished it in a day. The cleanup was very good and very thorough. They have this magnetic thing that picks up all the nails, and that was wonderful because I have a small dog.. Chris Williams was very good and the whole team was very polite. I needed some soffit repair and that went well. They match the paint and it looks nice.

They came out and surveyed the damage gave me a detailed report on what would be done. Then the repair guy came and fixed it in a very quick and efficient fashion. I am very pleased with what the work they have done. Edd Hill was the person that met with me and was a big help.

Choosing a company to roof your house is a daunting experience. You just never know. Some companies want you to sign a contract even before you know what the insurance company is going to actually pay. I chose Masters Roofing primarily because of Ed Hill. When I talked to Ed he sounded very honest. He sent someone to look at the roof and reviewed my insurance policy with me. Masters did a very good job on a very difficult flat roof. Things didn't always go according to plan, but the owner, Tony and Ed were very responsive and corrected any issues we had. I would recommend them if you are considering a new roof.

From start to finish, this experience - though daunting and potentially scary - was supportive, informative, efficient, and quality. Andrew was GREAT. He helped us understand the process from start to finish, helped us work with our insurance company, was extremely friendly and communicative, and did a really nice job educating us about products. On a tuesday two weeks after we signed the OK to replace our roof, the crew was here and did a full roof replacement in one day. They left my yard and drive cleaner than it was when they arrived. Shout outs to Tony and Chad who were the inspectors and booking/site managers. Friendly and efficient. I hope i never have to buy a new roof, but if I do, my frist call will be to these guys.

Ed Hill is absolutely amazing. He explained everything in detail and provided pictures, before and after. Work was completed promptly with immediate cleanup to follow. Between Ed and Tony(math wiz), they saved me the stress of dealing with the insurance’s adjuster inability to figure out the final balance due to this company! I recommend this company highly.
