I have been a client of the team at Masters for a number of years and I would not use anyone else. Paul and his team are the most professional, responsive and understanding carpet cleaners I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. I have pets and we have had incidents where they have soiled the carpet. I basically have Paul and speed dial and he never lets me down. He will come and sort it out for me so quickly all the while with a smile on his face and genuine understanding of life with pets and some of the challenges they present us. I also book the team annually to maintain the carpets and they will always fit us in, no matter how busy they are. Exemplary company.

Absolutely incredible service. I had used another company just days earlier who were unable to remove dog stains from my carpet, but thankfully Master Cleaning came to the rescue. Not only do my carpets look great, but he also managed to restore my couch after the previous company did a horrid job. He was friendly, punctual, and incredibly thorough. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Thank you!

We booked Paul in to clean our carpets for our bond clean and he did an absolutely amazing job. The communication was excellent and very easy booking process. The carpets look brand new and I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone. We have already rebooked him to come back and clean our sofa and rugs. Thanks Paul!

I have used the team at Masters for a number of years and they are always fantastic and do an excellent job. I have pets and, despite my best efforts, my carpets pay the price with the general dirt that comes in on their feet. I basically have Masters on speed dial and will call them whenever needed and they are always super accomodating and bring my carpets back to new. The team are very friendly, professional and responsive. I wouldn’t use anyone else!!!

Hi Kim. Thank you for that really nice review. Doing a good job is always priority but I also love building relationships with our customers so im that comes across too.
Didn’t get the stains out of my carpet. Looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned! I got another carpet cleaner to come in and this is what still came out of the carpet !
Pretty poor unprofessional job . I told him and he didn’t even want to come back and go over it again considering how much we paid . Won’t be going back to this company .

Afina, this review is not only false and misleading, it literally contradicts your messages to me which I will show to Google. You sent me messages one the job was completed saying how happy you were and that you would definitely be using us again. You only had an issue because your landlord was not happy with some stains that had been made on the carpet during your time in the apartment. I explained to you that these you booked in for a srandard clean, which we did and that removing the stains was not part of that service. I could have removed the stains had I been told about them during the booking but you failed to mention anything of the sort.
We recently had our carpets cleaned by Masters at University Village, and the results were fantastic. The team was professional, punctual, and efficient throughout the entire process. Our common areas and student apartments look refreshed and spotless. Highly recommended!
