Cannot recommend highly enough! They cleaned our limestone floors throughout the ground floor and brought them back to looking new and left no mess. Also had the carpets and sofa cleaned, again brilliant job!

Absolutely fantastic Family run business. Had upstairs hall, bedroom, living room and 3 rugs cleaned. Completely worked around my having a settee delivered, which did not go as planned, so had to rearrange carpets a couple of times, felt awful. Masons were so understanding, and worked with me on this, I could not recommend them more highly. Brilliant guys. Very happy with price too. Carpets look like new. Thank you Masons.

Brilliant, arranged an appointment quickly through WhatsApp, they arrived on time, my carpets look and smell brand new. Price was reasonable. Very professional and friendly. I will be recommending them and we will use again in the future. Lovely local family business who care about their customers. Absolutely Brilliant Service! We called Mason’s Carpet Cleaning at 6:30pm on a Friday evening in a bit of a panic after our dog had fouled the stairs and landing. We were desperate to get it cleaned ASAP, and to our surprise and relief, they arranged to come out the very next morning at 10am. True to their word, they arrived on time and got straight to work. The service was fast, efficient, and extremely professional from start to finish. The results were fantastic — you’d never know there had been an issue in the first place! I can’t recommend Mason’s highly enough. Friendly, reliable, and went above and beyond. If you need a top-notch carpet cleaning service, these are the people to call.

Just had my bedroom carpet cleaned, they have done a fantastic job. It looks brand new again ✨🫧 Great service from start to finish. The lads were lovely, very fast at responding to enquiries, arrived on time and left no mess behind. Also a really good price 💷 We have used this company twice now and they didn’t disappoint either time. I have an expensive rug that I thought had seen better days and was deliberating buying a new one. Before doing so I thought I’d try getting it professionally cleaned but didn’t hold much hope. It’s literally come back looking like it’s brand new, literally brand new again. Was really happy with the price also, the rug was picked up and dropped off again the next morning. I cannot recommend enough, carpets next!

On time. Price as quoted. Daughters first house, and the carpets left were dirty, stained, mud marked etc etc. Masons came and vacuumed them, cleaned them and deodorised. Went back in next morning to lovely fresh looking carpets and nice smell. Don't bother paying for new carpets first... see if these guys can help. Recommended and will be using them again.
