Awesome store. This is NOT a big box appliance store.. My wife and I are shopping for a new flat cook top, and Tony, our salesman was more than helpful in teaching us the difference in the models and styles. We will be back to buy a model once we do some homework on sizes... Great Store!!! We came back a year later and Matt, helped us pick out our new cooktop!!!

The experience was great from start to finish! Dave was a very knowledgeable sales associate who got us a great deal on our Miele dishwasher. Nevin was an expert installer, who walked me through the whole process even when he didn't have to! This is second item bought from Martin's and both times were great!
Nevin H. Installed an ice maker for ice. He was very careful to protect our floor and provided a thorough explanation of the ice maker controls. Martin’s excellent customer service is why we choose them over a box store every time.
Zac did a great job on a microwave repair. Very knowledgeable, professional nice young man. Diagnosed the problem, communicated the solution well and resolved the issue as soon as the part was in to install. This is the advantage of buying stuff through Martin’s vs. a big box store. Would highly recommend based on this and other satisfactory experiences with Martin’s products and services.
We had new appliances delivered and installed by Nate and Jayce from Martin's Appliance. They did a wonderful job getting our new oven and refrigerator hooked up. I also appreciated them taking the time to answer any questions.
We are very pleased with the service we received from Martin Appliance. From the day we purchased our new refrigerator to the install with Charlie and Tim. These two gentlemen were so professional during the installation process. A new water line needed to be run , and instead of making us schedule a second appointment to come back and install it, Charlie and Tim took extra time to change it immediately. They were especially careful with our carpet, cabinets, and walls, as they carefully put the refrigerator in its place. Both men were also very willing to answer any questions we had until we were satisfied. I would definitely purchase again from Martin Appliance!

In the past two years we’ve had to replace 5 of our appliances with our oven being replaced today (day before Thanksgiving). Adam in Sales always made it smooth and easy. Delivery and install guys were always careful and efficient. Brandon and Davon today took an extra moment to clean our other appliances and even fix a loose handle. Definitely would recommend Martin

We had our water softener and
drinking water system installed several years ago by Martin's. I was having issues with the water trickling out for the last few days and it continued even after changing the filters. I called today and they scheduled me for the next available , Monday but said they would call if they could squeeze me in sooner. I wasn't expecting them to get me in before the holidays but they kept their word, got me in and up and running again days before my schedule appointment and just 2 days before thanksgiving. Awesome customer service always.
Brandon and Davin removed my old washer and installed my new one. They were very careful to not scratch anything and made sure the washer was running properly before leaving. They were both so very friendly and courteous. I have had many appliances installed and these two were BEST guys ever!! Highly recommend them!!!
