They did an amazing job handling some drainage issues, fixing the last guys mess, and bush hogging my field. My field looks better than it has ever looked when I've had it bush hogged previous years. Thank you! And I will definitely be using them to cut my field every year!

After a storm rolled through, my yard looked like it lost a fight with Mother Nature… badly. Enter Martin Property Pros. These guys showed up ready to work and didn’t mess around. They took down damaged trees, removed LARGE fallen trees, and somehow made my property look like the storm never even happened. Honestly, I think it looks better now than before the storm 😄

I have about 2 acres of woods, a small yard with a very steep hill and poor drainage. Nate was able to pull tons of dirt from my back yard and regrade my lawn and build trails for me. I paid for about a day and half of work and it was worth every penny. I couldn't be happier. Both guys were very nice, easy to work with and very reasonable. Thanks again and would highly recommend!

Cody was timely in response to getting out and giving us a bid, had estimated a month-6 weeks to start but moved us up in schedule. When something came up that they were unclear on they asked before moving forward and offered suggestions. After clearing and cleaning up looked at adding driveway and what our best options will be going forward, I will have Martin Property Pros back out to level my build site. Put in my driveway and do final grade. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Martin Property Pros are dedicated professionals. I have used them 3 years in a row after crop season to clear the field encroachment of brush & over growth from years of neglect. They were able to recover aprox 15 more plantable acres of field crop line - Clearing & Mulching. They went far beyond what I thought was possible!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.. i had a budget, discussed my needs and wants, they assessed the 160 acres, then worked to achieve the most progress possible within my budgeted amount. Martin Property Pros, LLC did a lot of tree limbing for us on fencerows and along woods edges on our crop fields. They did a great job reaching up into the trees and cutting all the limbs possible, which will make it take that much longer to have to be done again. They were courteous and a joy to work with, and we’d recommend them to anyone needing their services. Since they did our limbing they’ve broadened out into excavation, dozing, land preparation & compaction for building etc. Check them out for all your land preparation & reclamation needs.
