Came for a business lunch and left so happy and satisfied.
The service and team were amazing. Super knowledgeable about the food and restaurant concept (French Mediterranean). Super friendly.
The food was absolutely delicious. We did the prix fixe 3 course lunch which was about $35 each.
Every bite of every course was absolutely delicious. I’m not going to recommend any particular plate as each was incredible.
Will 100% go back here every time I’m in NYC.
We had such a great time at Marsanne. The owners personally greeted us the moment we walked in, and their kindness set the tone for the whole evening. They took the time to recommend dishes, and every single thing we tried was delicious, comforting, and exactly what we needed on a grey, rainy NYC day.
The food felt genuinely heartwarming — full of flavor, beautifully prepared, and served with real care. You can tell this place is run with passion. Cozy atmosphere, amazing hospitality, and unforgettable food.

amazing amazing amazing what a great (relatively) new find in Chelsea! Great menu…great vibe…great service and delicious food! We ordered the tabouli salad, the Caesar salad, the dry eggs, burger, and a swordfish special all of which were five star and oh by the way, the portions are not the small portion you see everywhere else in the city these days ..will be back for sure this place is a sleeper hit!
TLDR: Excellent service and good Mediterranean food (maybe not as great as the Google reviews would have you believe).
Went with some friends in August - just missed the RW deal but glad we came by anyways. For one thing I was very intrigued by the glowing reviews on Google. Ultimately, enjoyed the food, service was stellar, and ambiance was solid.
We ordered quite a bit and my main takeaways were that the dips were fire, supposedly (according to my friends) the pastas were delicious, the seafood dishes were OK imo, and the desserts were awesome (our server even gave us an extra one, which was so nice)! Would come back to try some of other options on the menu.

Apps:
- Pita Bread and 5 Dips (so good)
Mains:
- Halibut (decent)
- Pappardelle (a bit on the bland side, not worth imo)
- Fusilli (apparently was quite good)
- Zucchini pasta (a special at the time, apparently was really good)
Desserts:
- Chocolate mousse (awesome)
- Peach cobbler (not for me, but friends loved)
I stumbled in hungry and left pleasantly surprised. The staff greeted us warmly and kept plates coming without hovering-efficient and friendly. Food hit the mark: vibrant flavors, generous portions, and a good mix of simple and creative dishes. The room felt lived-in and relaxed, perfect for a casual meal. Prices are refreshingly low for the quality, so you can eat well without overspending. Would return for the desserts.

Atmosphere was warm & welcoming. Noise levels were well contained allowing me to have a normal conversation with my dining companion even though the place was full. Staff was friendly, efficient, well-informed, and professional. Menu offered nice variety with different takes on Mediterranean standards. Food was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. Definitely my new favorite lower Manhattan restaurant!

Before going, I searched online for the best of the best restaurants in the area, and Marsanne came up. I booked it for a business meeting with my boss. It exceeded every expectation. The food was impeccable, the ambiance was beautiful, and the owner and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. My boss & I, couldn’t stop raving about it. Truly a 10/10 experience, and we can’t wait to come back.
