We called Dan after losing the electricity in our home. He sent over a technician within a hour and he diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly. After a faulty wire was replaced by PSEG, Dan returned to our home to ensure that the electricity had been restored to all appliances, TV’s, and lighting. We were so grateful to Dan and his team for their prompt, courteous, and professional help. We will be using Marra Electric from now on, and will enthusiastically recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Dan and his crew are amazing. They installed high hats in my soffit and I couldn't be happier. From the estimate to the day of completion, they were courteous, prompt, neat and very knowledgeable. I will be using Marra Electric for all of my future electrical needs!

Danny takes pride in his company and helping his customers. In this day and age it's difficult to find this type of service mindset anywhere. When you do, my suggestion is to hold on to it and tell others. Danny also goes above and beyond to educate his customers while tackiling the issues at hand. I cannot count the times he has worked to fit us into his schedule even with it being packed. Marra Electric service is simply unparalleled. For any of your electricity needs, Danny is the best.

**Edited to one star because my heat ended up not even working**. DO NOT HIRE THIS CLOWN. The entire job was done incorrectly according to the oil company. My walls had to be reopened and everything had to be rewired. Only saving grace of this experience was the refund Dan gave me for the job. Dan had some very rude things to say about me as the homeowner on the phone when his guys ran into a mild issue when installing my new thermostat lines. He was to "walk away from this job, and say have a nice day" because he was losing money on it. Dan had a much bigger worksite he was worried about and couldn't care less about the little guy who needed a simple stat wire installed. Maybe ask the right questions before quoting a job you expect to be simple.

I'm sorry you had a negative experience with us. We would never walk away from a job and leave you holding the bag. I admit we did have an emergency in the morning that needed to be taken care of urgently. It was my mistake for trying to squeeze you in when we should have just rescheduled your job. My apologies. We love the little jobs we do. It is most of my business. I was not rushing my guys because we were losing money on your job. I just really needed them on an emergency that we were having a hard time with. I'll consider this a lesson learned. So thank you for showing me how I can take care of my customers better. I hope there are no hard feelings going forward.

I hired Marra Electric to run a 100-amp service to my detached garage and handle a full interior electrical build-out. Dan and his three-man crew arrived on time and completed the entire project, including a 100+ foot run and over 15 lights/outlets/switches, all in a single day. The quality of work was exceptional and the pricing was fair and transparent for the high level of service provided. It is rare to find a contractor who balances technical expertise with this level of efficiency. I will be using them for all future work at my home. Highly recommended.

I am very glad that Dan & Marra Electric were available on short notice the next morning and able to fix my main breaker switch issue when it overheated & failed overnight. He was very friendly & knowledgeable with identifying the problem and resolving it by replacing the switch after testing it before & after. I would definitely recommend him for any electrical issues

Danny and the team have been exemplary. From initial estimates through to completion of works a great team. Work was performed diligently and all items taken care of. Service upgrade, new panel, garage run and sub panel, receptacles and car charger, switches fixed, new circuits to kitchen and bathroom, additionally repaired some prior company’s poor workmanship whenever it was discovered so everything was left safe. Highly recommend Dan, the company, and the team.

I needed a new electric panel with arc fault breakers, and a new power line to my cottage.The old line was devoured for dinner by hungry rodents. They were reccomended by a neighbor.Three trucks pulled in front of my house and four electricians went to work. Three hours later, the jobs were done. These guys are highly skilled technicians. Dan, the owner, has to be a master electrician.The price? I did my homework, and they were the lowest out of six estimates. Outstanding.

Very happy with the Marra crew and the work done. Found them by just doing research online and couldn't find a negative review, and now I know why. You never know who is going to show up at your door even after reading reviews, but they were all so very professional, knowledgable, respectful, and friendly through the entire process to me and my family, which is rare with any construction/utility crew. At no point did I feel they were trying to just make as much money as they could, or take advantage like so many others would try. He gave me a quote and stuck to it and it was very fair, especially since they went above and beyond where most others never would do the same. I usually expect the worst, but they are some of the best. I would call them again for any electrical work, and would trust them completely.

From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Dan took the time to clearly explain to her the scope of the project, from the wiring to installation of the new lights. He's patient, helpful, and a fantastic problem solver. Most importantly, he kept his word — he called when he said he would, and the job was completed right on schedule. And, he offered a reasonable quote. His crew was equally impressive: polite, professional, and highly skilled. They communicated clearly throughout the process and handled a tricky issue with a cross beam creatively and effectively. It’s obvious they’re well-trained, take pride in their work, and enjoy working together.
