It's a no brainer I now realise! We are fortunate to have a local maker of bespoke lampshades in Shrewsbury. I have been looking at this shop for too long and looking for a new lampshade in all the wrong places. Finally I went in and had a chat with John. After a highly successful experience in choosing fabric for a beautiful lampshade, I do not hesitate in recommending John. Don't walk past Marmalade at Dogpole. Go in. Have a chat with John or Andrew. Importantly, I think that the prices are hard to beat. I was surprised at the very fair cost. I could have paid more for a mass produced and bland product made far away. So glad that I chose a local maker.
