Working with Nasreen at Marisa Perry was an absolute joy. She is not only incredibly warm and kind, she is extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. She made the whole process feel special, fun and easy.
She worked very hard to procure multiple options of old, rare stones for us to look at that matched the center stone of our piece perfectly.
She answered all of my questions, helped me weigh my options in a way that wasn’t overwhelming, and worked hard over both sessions I had with her to build a design that perfectly matched our vision for the piece.
We struggled with a few other jewelers who were pushy and didn’t have the same expertise, before we ended up at MP. My only regret is that we didn’t reach out to Nasreen at MP sooner. Their storefront in the West Village is also lovely and visiting MP became a very special part of our visit to NYC.

Beautiful pieces, but a bracelet I received as a gift fell off during normal wear, after only four months. I’d be disappointed to hear that a clasp could become loose after such a short period of time. For the price and the quality promised, was extremely disappointed.
I am sooo sorry you lost your bracelet, it’s never easy, especially a gift from a loved one. Anne filled me in and we will always stand by our offer to replace your bracelet at 45% off and with an additional safety clasp as well. I know prices have increased with the gold market going crazy. I wish we had control over that, but we don’t. Maybe we can revisit this when the price of gold goes down. And if you call me, I may be able to help you with your insurance in order to replace it. They will be well aware of the increase of the price of gold at this time. I am in the shop Wednesday through Sunday if you you wish to reach out.

I can’t recommend Marisa Perry enough! My now-husband and I first discovered MP through a friend’s recommendation back in 2018 when we started looking into designing my engagement ring. We visited a few other jewelers, but immediately felt the most connected to MP and knew they were the ones who would help us create my perfect ring. I cannot recommend Marisa Perry enough for all your high-end, custom jewelry needs. I first had the pleasure of working with Nesrine for the engagement ring I purchased for my wife. We have since returned to get both of our wedding bands as well as a couple of custom pieces using heirloom jewels from my wife's family.
