I had a very disappointing experience with Marietta Wrecker. From the initial phone call, the staff was extremely rude and dismissive. They spoke in an unprofessional tone and seemed irritated that I was asking basic questions about their services. Clear communication and customer service should be a priority, especially in situations that are already stressful for customers.
When I arrived in person, the experience did not improve. The staff continued to display poor attitudes and lacked professionalism in how they addressed me. There was no effort to explain the process clearly or treat me with courtesy and respect.
Overall, the interaction felt unwelcoming and unnecessarily hostile. I would not recommend this company based on my experience, as customer service and professionalism were seriously lacking.
Driver was courteous and arrived in a fair time window. Dane towed our trailer without issue. The office staff were also pleasant and helpful in a stressful situation. I recommend definitely.

They were incredible. I was winched at an angle in a ditch and pulled car out after studying for a bit without any damage to vehicle. Was impressed and grateful for his kindness.
