Angie took the time over a few sessions (in person as well as video and phone since I'm not local) to really get to know me and my style. The final design far surpassed my expectations and is a meaningful piece that I love wearing.
Marei of New York and Megan guided me through the process of creating a custom piece for my wife’s 41st anniversary. First off I'd like to say Angie's designs are second to none the best. I have bought a couple of pieces from Angie notable my future wife's engagement ring and it is beautiful and iridescent. I do plan on completing the engagement set and a couple of other pieces as well.
Customer service with Angie is amazing, she took me through the process of a mock design for the engagement ring. She was also super communicative in the process from inception to creation of the ring. We had poor experiences at not one but 2 other jewelry studios who had eye-catching designs but poor customer service. From long gaps in communication to an inability to source desired center stones, there were several issues.

Angie's designs are incredible and she is amazing to work with for custom pieces.
I had the pleasure of having my wedding band designed by Angie. We are currently a couple weeks out from the wedding and it is hard to hold back from wearing it ahead of wedding day.
The process itself could not have been easier: Angie and Megan were quick to respond upon my initial reach out. Angie then took the time to understand what I was looking for and send back a set of unique designs for me to review. Upon review and selection, Angie and Megan made sure of the timeline I was on and stayed within that timeline, while providing updates along the way. They even left plenty of time to do one final sizing adjustment (the first sizing was virtual due to combination of COVID and being located outside of NYC).
Would absolutely reach out to Angie again for custom pieces over anyone else and already have my eye on several of her current designs for future gifts.
