Maree is a wonderful, warm, vibrant person and a competent and well-organised wedding celebrant. We had two meetings with her prior to our wedding and during these meetings, she really went out of her way to get to know us, answer all our questions, and ensure that we were aware of the process, the required paperwork, and the timeline leading up to our wedding and beyond. At our wedding, she conducted the ceremony in a cheerful and engaging manner and gave a heartfelt speech that showed how much she cared about creating a happy and memorable event. We could not be happier with the experience, and we would definitely recommend her.

The moment we found Maree we new she was for us. It was like meeting a old friend when we had our first meeting and we instantly clicked. She has a very bubbly personality (just like us), she is professional, warm-hearted and carrying and you can tell that she loves her job with a passion. Through our wedding preparation Maree was always there to help us with legal papers, guided us with our vows, provided us with many resources and made us feel like we were the only couple in the world that is getting married. Maree went above and beyond to ensure that our ceremony would be absolutely perfect and exactly the style we wanted. The ceremony was full of laughter, happy tears and included all our families and guests. Maree told our love story like she was part of our family and we can't thank her enough for making our day so special. The highlight of the ceremony must have been when Maree announced us as "Husband & Wife" and than we stared at her for a second and Maree rescued the moment in her funny nature by saying " this is the part were you usually kiss each other". Highly recommend. My husband and I cannot even put into words just how amazing Maree is- not just as a celebrant but the most beautiful person she is. Our Engagement party turned into a Surprise Wedding for our guests. From the beginning, Maree was so easy to communicate with via email and always promptly replied. We had a zoom meeting before we officially booked her in but as soon as we spoke with her and felt her fun, bubbly personality, we told her- We want you!! She is so professional, kind, caring, warm and loving and this all comes through in her hard work, dedication and her love and passion for her job. When we met Maree in person we just knew straight away that she was just perfect for us. Maree went above and beyond to ensure that our ceremony would be absolutely perfect, personalized and exactly the style that we were going for. She is incredibly organized as she guided us with our vows and how the ceremony could run and provided us with so many resources to follow. She had people laughing and people crying (happy tears) and captured our love so perfectly. She made our night so special and memorable. We had so many people comment that it was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding as we kept it light hearted, and included our guests in our ceremony. When we needed the serious parts she ensured this still aligned with who we are as a couple and made it absolutely perfect. Maree was our celebrant for our wedding in The Yarra Valley on 01.12.23 and she was absolute perfection! 5 stars are not enough for this wonderful lady, she is incredible! Leading up to our wedding, communication with Marie was seamless. She provided us with so much information, thought provoking questions, tips on writing your vows and so much more. This was all so helpful for us! On the day, Maree was an absolute delight. She told our story so beautifully and made us feel so special and comfortable.
