I cannot begin to express how incredible this airbnb stay was for me and my group of friends!The airbnb home itself was stunning and sleek and fit 15 of us comfortably without any issues at all. Everything was clean and pristine when we arrived, and we had such a warm welcome.The location was perfect also! There is a pharmacy right next door for anything you need urgently, as well as 7-11 and many very cute restaurants and coffee shops and bars a short 5 minute walk away.Ulf and his team also provide concierge service for many things that you'd need to book for a vacation. This service was abolutely incredible. He helped me plan out the most magical itinerary for our group, and was always available for any questions, tips, updates, and anything we need.I am already looking for a reason to stay here again! Was the best airbnb host experience I've ever had. Thanks so much to Ulf and team!

I was in town for a conference at a local resort. We’re so glad we stayed here instead of staying onsite at the resort! Close to so many great restaurants, and it was so much better to be together as a family. Ulf was a wonderful host—providing transportation and incredible tour experiences. He was so quick to respond and so helpful. We hope to return someday!

Beautiful space in a nice, safe, convenient & walkable part of town. Master bedroom is spacious and airy…enjoyed sleeping with the fresh cool air flowing through light curtains all night. We had a car and always felt just a few minutes away from everything…restaurants, town, gas, grocery and the beaches. Cute outdoor areas to relax, get some sun or shade and two private pools to choose from! We had a lovely time here.. Ulf was very helpful & attentive with great recommendations! :)

This townhouse is a home away from home oasis. The host is kind, responsive, and informative. The home is just as described in photos. Loved the calming interior design. Chef recommendation was A1. Close to shops, restaurants and within uber eats delivery zone which was convenient. I felt very safe in this gated community. The rooftop sunset was u real. Cannot wait to recommend this listing to more friends and family

This rental was great for our trip to Tulum! Was great to have AC and the cool plunge pools to cool off. Also enjoyed the large couches with plenty of seating. We really appreciated being able to pre-order some groceries so that the kitchen was stocked for our arrival.

Our stay at Mar y Miel was wonderful! Ulf was beyond helpful, giving us recommendations, booking excellent transportation, beach club reservations, fun excursions, and amazing massage services along with useful tips throughout any time we had questions. He was extremely responsive and proactive, it felt like we had a personal trip advisor/planner! He truly made our trip easy and fun-it wouldn’t have been the same without him! The place itself also was beautiful, modern and looked like the photos. It was perfect for our group of 6, we all had our own beds. The rooftop space was really nice and there was lots of room to spread out. The only thing that could be better was the wifi- it was spotty especially on the upper levels even with an extender. But that is to be expected, and we didn’t mention this during our stay. Truly a 10/10 vacation in Tulum, I highly recommend booking with Ulf!

Our host Ulf was amazing. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. This trip was for my daughter’s 21st surprise birthday group trip. Ulf helped make all our dinner/beach clubs reservations and also had the villa decorated for my daughter’s bday. And all his recommendations were perfect. He also made sure we always had the best reserved seats everywhere we went. He was very quick to reply to any questions we had. Ulf also booked Chef Gian for us to have daily breakfast. When I tell you everything was so tasty, we all wanted to pack Gian up and take him with us. 😂Over, I would highly recommend this villa. It is beautiful and looks just like the pics online. And our host Ulf, did an amazing job. He went over and beyond for us, and I am extremely grateful for this experience with my family.
