Skip those big restaurants at the Etna parking area and treat yourself with some delicious pasta from this lovely food truck instead. Absolutely wonderful experience. Pasta was cooked to perfection and sauces were full of flavour. Can’t recommend enough.

Pasta fresca fatta da loro, espressa, cotta alla perfezione. 8 condimenti di cui 4 vegetariani. Cucinati con amore e dedizione e con ottime materie prime. Piatti super conditi, saporiti ma leggeri. Nessuna acidità, nessuna pesantezza. Un piatto di pasta rigenerante a 2000 metri di quota, dopo un'escursione o una bella passeggiata. Inoltre ciotole e forchette compostabili e differenziata eseguita con cura, il che, in un contesto invece un po' meno attento alla salvaguardia dell'ambiente, è un ulteriore punto a loro favore. Verrebbe voglia di salire in quota solo per mangiare da loro e con loro.

Kleine aber sehr feine Auswahl an super leckeren Pastagerichten. Verschiedene Pastasorten kombiniert mit Soßen in Sizilianischer Pastatradition. Die Gerichte werde alle frisch zubereitet. Präsentiert wird es von einem sehr herzlichen Paar in ihrem Foodwagon. Immer eine Pause wert.

Einzigartig. Die Pasta Pistacchio war unvergleichlich. Selten in meinem Leben so gute Pasta gegessen. Wer den Etna besucht und verpasst die Pasta von Mamma Che zu probieren, hat nur das halbe Erlebnis mitgenommen.
