Soooo. Waited 5 weeks for an appointment to be told they would only give me 2 strains ( So much for Drews 10 !!!! ) Even though I've been prescribed medical cannabis for 9 months. The professor advised this is what he does. Its not company procedure but its what he does. So when I complained I was told that I was correct that the professor should have worked with me and they were sorry. They advised they will investigate but its tro late. All the promo is lies. They have hyped themselves up for no reason at all. I wouldn't recommend them

Spoken to Adam today about an issue with my husband's prescription. Absolutely lovely bloke, so friendly and helpful, sorted the issue there and then and explained everything we needed to know. Over the past year Mamedica has really improved with their service and way of ordering via the customer portal. We will continue to be very happy with your company.
Not happy with this company at all! After being so nice to me and me paying the initial money and for one prescription in October I have heard nothing and not received any support. Once my money had been paid that seemed to be the end of any customer service. I have asked for a refund and have had no reply at all

Absolute perfection as always from Mamedica, I recently asked about my prescription to see if it was processed and or if I made a mistake because I was unsure and just like that was told what I had done wrong and that I wasn’t a big issue and I am aware to avoid it in the future, customer service is elite, ease of access elite, doctors appointments an the time spent with them ELITE never have I felt some comfortable about my other medications.
Delivery always on time, scheduling for appointments and navigating anything you need is elite. They deserve the glaze.
I recently spoke with Adam from the perscription team who is allways most helpfull and knowledgeable about all the products. This was my first time trying a rosin vape cartridge and i was most impressed with the ease of use indoors and outdoors without having to but expensive devices. vape batterys are cheap and portable . so for me its a winner. Thanks again Mamedica for showing me the way .
Absolute Nightmare Transferring From Another Clinic!!!
Transferred from another clinic that was stressing me out with all there mess ups and lack of profession in the service they supposed to provide after spending grands with them!
Its been no better with Mamedica upon transferring, paid and gone through my video consultation on Wednesday 3rd December which went ok and was told im eligible even though im already with a medical clinic, i chose my preferable strains of flower with the consultant which was fine.
After all that i was told at the end of that call it will be passed to the MDT team to review🤯
The next day received an email confirming my prescriptions have been approved! Then few hours later they sent me another email asking to provide previous prescriptions from the clinic im transferring from which i did straight away, no reply/response from my uploads on the Thursday, nothing was done on Friday too, the weekend came then went and Monday 8th December still nothing, Tuesday 9th still nothing!!!
Ive had to call around 7 times since last week for updates and keep getting told the same thing that its waiting to be reviewed!
Dont get me wrong they do have a huge stain selection but the nightmare ive had to go through and still not even been able to pay for my prescriptions is a complete joke!!!

after been with mamedica for 6 months now things have started to get worse the whole system in shambles they don't use DPD which would give customers a 1 hour window so customers don't have to wait all day at times and when you make a mistake or the system lags and you place a order you have to delete your whole prescription instead of them just taking one item if there two been placed by mistake which really isent logical that doesn't help patients with mental health problems and last but not least they only offer 10 g other pharmacy offer up to 15 g which again is more reasonable and it's clear these company's are not overcharging

Ultimately the staff are very rude, I’m shocked how they speak on the phone. It’s like talking to teenagers in a call centre.
It took them 9 days! To respond to gone off medicine to then tell me it will take up to 8 weeks to sort out haha wow 😮 When it goes bad it goes bad! Theres good medicine and then theres really bad, you cant talk to managers, you cant get things resolved. You get unusable medicine and that takes up your allowance, so you cant order more, how does that help amyone? they wont make any decisions on a refund for 8 weeks which is madness. Im extremely cautious using this company, there website malfunctions often and the pharmacy just hasn't organised itself ready for all types recipients.
Some staff are really good but some are combative, the overall service is mediocre and Mamedica needs to think about all the different types of people theyre dealing with. They dont, when something goes wrong they claim pharmacy rules are different but when trying to get you onboard they act very corporate.
They contacted me and said they’d get back to me by the end of day Friday. Even if it’s just an update, this company is a mess and I’ll be dubious using them consistently in the future.
Zero respect for medical users and their customers! Review down from 2 stars to 1 I’m afraid.
They will also sell degraded flower and expect you to accept it as they won’t give refunds for gone off faulty goods. Be careful with this company, there are a few good products. But the customer derive is well below par in general and when they sell you gone off products for £240 for 30gs you will be annoyed and they will keep the money.
Within a short time complaining about the product and some really poor customer service saying I couldnt send it back. I throw it out and then days later they say “oh actually we can take it back we recognise the mistake.” What a joke! Seems suspicious, a certain no, i throw it and then they say they'll accept it.
And from the time this started to now, the product has been reduced from £80 to £60 and has a very short expiry date. Mamedica are a tricky company to deal with. I personally dont trust them.
Theres a few good products at high prices, id use it occasionally, but its not a serious company.
As a consolation one staff member gave me one free delivery and one free change of a prescription as they charge £15 for that 🤣 So a consolation of £25 in very basic terms 🤷♂️

Getting through frst stage very fast very good id di alot of research also as the doctors might try influencing u to one thing or the other also prices do vary also quality if u go on social media reddit FB do some research on there

Joined less than a week ago & already encountered an issue regarding my first prescription & invoice. The doctor for some reason has done it as two separate prescriptions which means Id have to pay delivery on the second one?
Emailed, no reply. Called and the first lady I spoke to was helpful but couldn’t sort my issue, was passed on to another man who said he was call the pharmacy and call me back. Never heard back, they’re now closed & it’s now the weekend. So here I am sat with one invoice for two prescriptions and no where closer to getting my medication. Great first impression guys… think I’ll look at other clinics.
Edit: called today (Tuesday 21st) after still no call back Monday, was told a new invoice was showing on their end but hadn’t been signed or dated so couldn’t be processed? Told I’d be called back yet again, do you think they did? Nope, still here no invoice or prescription.
Final edit: (23rd) called again today after another day with no contact. Got through to a advisor named Micheal who was apologetic and stayed on the phone whilst he tried to sort the issue, he said he’d call me back which I was skeptical of at first but props to him as he did and came with good news that he had sorted the issue and got the invoice pushed through. Thank you for your help Michael as initially I was calling to look at moving clinic!

Been with the clinic nearly 6 months now. I've waited to write my review due to other reviews I though I'd give the service longer. For me personally never had a problem, all the staff are super easy to deal with, always answer calls, and never had any percription issues. People seems to misunderstand the 28 day percription slots and passing over time to the pharmacy. Yes it takes time for the pharmacy to pull out your percription, it's your responsibility as a patient to make sure your percription is ordered and stock checked correctly, which my adult son helps me with. So for me it's been a 10/10 service, I'm miffed by some of the reviews if honest. I'm never made to feel silly asking any questions, it's a really personal service which is nice when you suffer with mh. Also Peace of mind to knowing my legalities. Only gripe I have is there is no loyalty scheme which would be nice, the odd promo gift and can we make sure the boveda sachets are always included please. Thank you for the help and great service.
I was considering signing up after seeing them mentioned in a BBC News article.
Opened an account but didn't arrange a consultation as I was actively researching other suppliers. Was rather annoyed and shocked to get an unsolicited call from them yesterday, immediately followed by a call from my GP to tell me they had requested my summary care record without even speaking with me.
I was quite skeptical before all of the above but now, after digging a little more, I get the impression that they're more interested in my money than actually genuinely helping my chronic pain. My advice? Do your research as there are a surprising number of suppliers available.
Had my call with the doctor yesterday the 17th November everything went well I have been using cannabis for years never had any negative side effects I mentioned my brother who has bipolar he is not me and I have a lot of family members he’s the only one who has it and because he has bipolar I’m not initiated to medical cannabis so I will be going to another clinic to get my prescription waste of my time
