I want to see Alex and his colleagues immediately after getting hit by a drunk driver. He and his crew were very responsive and active throughout the whole process of getting me compensated for my injuries - weekly handling of my lost wages claims, promptly answering any questions I had via phone or email, etc. This was my first (and hopefully last) time having to go through this process, and they held my hand throughout the whole ordeal.
