What a fun activity for two teens and their dad! The Malmo Wake Park was one of the best things our kids enjoyed on our trip here in Sweden. These first timers received wonderful and patient guidance for the 1.25 hour intro course. They were gliding, standing up and even taking off from the pier by the time it was done. Highly recommended.
eFoil & Wing Foil at Malmö Wake Park: wow that was insanely cool - managed to fly after 30min out in the sea!! We unfortunately had quite an unsatisfactory experience at Malmö Wake Park and felt like what we were told didn’t fully reflect what we actually received.
We came across the place by chance and spoke to the person at the front desk, who was very friendly and welcoming. He explained the basics of wakeboarding and told us we could book a 1-hour slot, which we understood to mean we’d each have time to enjoy the experience. He emphasized that they take only small groups, so we’d have enough time. What wasn’t clearly communicated, however, was that the hour is shared among everyone — meaning each person only gets around 15 minutes on the board. That important detail was only mentioned later by the pulley operator.
I had also mentioned that I’m not comfortable in the water and asked if the activity would still be suitable for me. I was assured that when my turn came, I’d be guided and given time to get comfortable. But when we arrived, the person at the desk barely acknowledged us, and it seemed like no one had been informed about my situation. The pulley operator had no idea and was clearly caught off guard — trying to manage several people at once. It all felt very chaotic.
While watching from shore, I also noticed the operator seemed quite distracted with conversations and prepping others while running the session. It didn’t feel particularly safe or focused. Learning that we were paying €23 for just 15 minutes — especially when that wasn’t clearly communicated — felt disappointing.
In the end, I didn’t feel comfortable or safe enough to give it a proper try. I did get in the water briefly but got out after a couple of minutes. Only then did the person at the front desk come over to ask how it went, but I couldn’t really articulate my disappointment in the moment — though I think it showed on my face.
I hope this feedback reaches someone at the park who’s open to listening. I still believe the experience could be a great one — with clearer communication, more attention to individual needs, and better organization.
My boyfriend & I stumbled upon the wake park in a day trip to Malmo and we couldn't recommend more! Pontus was so friendly and knowledgable. We ended up being the only two in our session and we had so much fun chatting with him & getting a ton of wakeboarding in! It was my first time & my boyfriend's 2nd ever and we were able to get a ton of reps in! Couldn't recommend more.
Wir hatten gestern eine total tolle Zeit beim Wakeboarden. Mein Sohn stand zum ersten Mal auf dem Brett, und er hatte eine super erste Stunde. Daphne hat ihm mit viel Geduld alles erklärt und die Geschwindigkeit der Anlage für seine Bedürfnisse angepasst.
Pontus, der Besitzer, ist ein super netter Typ. Der Ort hat einfach einen tollen Vibe. Absolut eine Reise wert!
Today heard at least 10 times " Just give me a minute " . I couldn't rent a sup in 20 min... but they sell a lot of ice cream. If you come to rent something just wait them to sell all ice cream they have

You booked a SUP with rental start 15:00 (when we are occupied with Wakeboard clients they need constant monitoring and handing out SUP and instructions must be done on times when we have planned in the booking system)
At the day you booked the SUPs was already in the water and good to go but you had a question about paddling out on the sea. It was communicated to you to wait 10 min to get your question answered since our SUP instructor was on that way and could together with you check the conditions so you have a safe journey.
At 15:04 our instructor arrived at the Wake park and couldn’t find you and thought you where changing to wetsuit. 15:14 we called you and was met by cancelled call and that was the same for the following two calls. We take safety very important and also very keen on deliver the best service to clients.
We hope we can get contact with you and get your picture since I truly believe you have a different picture or explanation. We are also sorry for a bad review before we have the chance to react and hopefully make you more than happy

Riktigt kul! Vi körde nybörjarkursen på två personer(bring a buddy) och det var precis lagom med tid för att man ska bli nöjd och inte för trött 😁 kommer bli fler gånger ! Prisvärt!

Tack själv! Och va bra att ni uppskattade tiden och priset! Vår tanke med kurserna är att man får en bättre känsla för Wakeboard och det tar inte slut precis när man börjar få riktigt kul på brädan som en ”prova på ” lätt kan göra för en förstagångsåkare.
