The whole team have been professional throughout, from giving an informative first viewing of the property to always ensuring that every deadline was met. My solicitors were nothing short of a nightmare, but Alex at Mallinson kept everything on track, they always had time for a question or two and were very kind in approach. When I come to sell my property I will 100% be using this firm!

Mallinson and Co were great to deal with! From the initial review of the property with Ben who gave us the highest valuation out of other estate agents in the area, he was very knowledgeable about the area and had clearly done his research beforehand. We know Mallinson and Co’s social media presence is great and Ben talked through the plan with us, even gaining traction before the property had hit rightmove. We sold our house for the price we wanted and are extremely happy with the service, so much so we have now just sold our family home through them aswell. Would highly recommend! Great service, from our first appointment with Amelia we felt Mallinsons were interested in helping us to market our property properly and not just sell it like some. There were a lot of viewings & these were really well organised and communication with Mell and Charlie and the rest of the team kept us up to speed, from offer to completion Alex was brilliant at chasing everyone up and again keeping us informed, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

We used Mallinson and Co to sell our home. They were all so helpful throughout. Charlie was great doing our viewings for us and keeping us updated. Alex went above and beyond to help us find information out from the solicitors in the chain when we wasn’t getting replies. I’d highly recommend you use these to sell your home ☺️

Great experience buying through Mallinsons in Penistone. Staff were lovely and helpful and the sales progressor kept me up to date with what was going on. They got me a super cute move in basket too with my keys in a bow on the top. So friendly and on the ball.
