⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish I used Mallinson and Co Estate Agents for both selling my property and purchasing my new home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The whole team was extremely professional throughout, and they always made sure I was fully informed every step of the way. A special mention goes to Mell, who was excellent. She regularly sent updates via email, kept me well informed, and offered great advice whenever any issues came up. I also really appreciated that they were patient and never pushy, they always took the time to listen and explain things clearly. A lovely extra touch was receiving a welcoming hamper when I collected the keys to my new home. It’s the little things like this that really make a difference and show they care about their clients. I would definitely use Mallinson and Co again in the future, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

We recently sold our house through Mallinson and Co and we could not be happier with the service we received. As someone who has worked in the industry previously, Mallinson and Co stood out to me straight away, due to their presence on social media and after our valuation with Harry, we were confident with our choice to market with them! Within a week of being on the market, our property was marked as sold STC and in that time we had done a dozen viewings and had multiple offers to consider. From this point they made sure the conveyancing process went smoothly, they were always on board to assist with any queries or issues within the chain and no request ever seemed too much for them! As first time sellers, we cannot thank Mallinson and Co enough for their hard work and support in our moving journey and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is also looking to sell. Well. What can I say about Mallinsons. They made a very stressful time( moving house is always stressful) very calm and they were extremely helpful. I will highly recommend any one to use there services. Mallinson & Co. have successfully sold two very niche properties since the turn of the year for us - an eighteenth century cottage that we had previously rented out back in January followed by our main residence, a 400 years old Grade II Listed Farmhouse, at the end of March. Ben & the team were both supportive and proactive throughout both sales, we would highly recommend them to anyone currently looking to sell.

We chose Mallinsons to sell our property. We found them to be extremely professional and were impressed with the way that they explained the procedure. When they came to take the photographs and the video we didn’t know what to expect but when they were produced we were delighted with the quality. Once the property was on the market we were notified as soon as we had a viewing and this was quickly followed up by feedback. Once the property sold they kept us updated throughout . Always phoning back if you couldn’t reach them. We would totally recommend Mallinsons estate agents they are a friendly helpful team whilst still being very professional.

I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but the service I received here really deserves to be recognised. As first-time buyers, the whole process felt pretty overwhelming at times, but the team were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They were always available to answer our questions, no matter how small, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made a huge difference to our confidence throughout the purchase. A special shout out to Mell, who supported us throughout most of the process. She was patient, approachable, and always quick to respond, which really helped put our minds at ease. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were supportive and professional every step of the way. It genuinely made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother and more manageable.
