Before working with Mark, my case was with another attorney’s office and it felt like nothing was being done and there was very little progress. For 2 year I was in limbo with The Barnes Firm, constant communication from my end but nothing from theirs. I was incredibly frustrated but kept going about my business until I met Attorney Mark Persaud at Gracie Mansion for an event, where I started following him on social media and I realized how important my case was and how much I was missing out on.
The Barnes Firm failed to act on my behalf, my attorney moved from New York out to California and there was no communication, instead my case file fell through the cracks or they just forgot about it. Every time I called, I had no case number, I would constantly have to give my information and explain my self on repeat. I thought well maybe because the nature of my case and the policy is small, it’s not feasible for them.
When I reached out to Mark, he was in court but he called me back while he was on break, he told me that he would come over to my house the next day and get the ball rolling. He sat in my kitchen, he listened, took the time to explain the process; he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing.
After taking over, Mark discovered that no work was done on my case and within 6 WEEKS, he was able to get me a settlement. Everything went seamlessly, he was very responsive, kept me informed throughout the transition process from the Barnes Firm over to Mallilo & Grossman and this took away my frustration, after 2 years I felt relaxed. While Mark was transferring my case, then the Barnes Firm started to reached out to me asking to stay with them.
I greatly appreciate Attorney Mark Persaud and the team at Mallilo & Grossman and would highly recommend them to anyone in need. Mark made everything seem possible so effortlessly, he is the GOAT!
