Alquilamos una furgoneta con ellos para una mudanza y estamos encantados con el trato recibido. La furgoneta era prácticamente nueva , si que es verdad que ya tenía algunos desperfectos pero nada exagerado y nos devolvieron la fianza que hay que dar enseguida, al día siguiente de devolverlo. Muy contentos. Volveremos a alquilar con ellos en caso de necesitarlo.

They forgot the baby seat we requested, but then brought it.
unfortunately that delay caused us to have to pay for parking as we left the airport.. pity.
Other than that the process was super. will def use their services again in future!

They bring the car to you at the airport, but you have to pay the airport parking rate to take it from the airport. Our car came to us smelling of cigarettes. I let them know immediately. They didn’t offer a different car and I didn’t ask for one. I just hope I don’t get blamed for it.

Najlepsza wypożyczalnia z jaką miałem do tej pory do czynienia. Samochody są czyste i nowe. Obsługa jest przesympatyczna. Zwrot kaucji zazwyczaj tego samego lub następnego dnia. Korzystałem z ich usług już 5x i za każdym razem wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie.

Great service from Malco at Alicante. Arranged pickup for arrival on a Sunday morning at 00.30 and return for following Saturday 8AM.
Car was both delivered and collected within 10 minutes. I would happily recommend this company. Took out their own insurance which was a lot cheaper than usually offered on car hire in Spain. That meant no hassle about damage.

Once again we had a really easy transition with Malco. We were given a number to call and a rep brought the car to pick up point outside valencia Airport.
We only had to wait 5 mins and we off on the rest of our journey.
On return we called the same number as we filled fuel tank near by and the guy was waiting for collection, no fuss, no dodgy claims of damage etc.
Fuel deposit was returned with no question.
We will never fault their excellence of service .
