Wagen gehuurd voor 17 dagen maar door onvoorziene omstandigheden na 7 dagen terug binnen geleverd. Gekuist en vol getankt .Onze km stand kwam niet overeen met de kmstand op onze e-mail , factuur, waardoor we ipv de 1700 km die we normaal inclusief hadden er nog 850 km overhadden bij vertrek .Ik heb zelfs mail gestuurd met foto’s maar antwoord was odo meter is de juiste km stand . Gelukkig kwamen we voor die 7 dagen juist toe daar we ver in het binnenland zaten .want op ons factuur stond vermeld 21,78€ per extra km .maar een eventuele tegemoetkoming dat we hem na 7 dagen terug perfect afgeleverd hebben kon niet .
Ondanks dat er een fout van hun was gebeurd met de verkeerde kmstand te noteren.En onze 100€ borg ook niet hebben ontvangen is dit een levensles voor ons geweest hier nooit nog een wagen te huren !
Top bedrijf. Binnen 10 minuten ophalen en inleveren. Daarnaast erg goedkoop inclusief alle verzekeringen en 1500 km gratis. Wagen zetten klaar voor het vliegveld . Aanrader!

Great services from both collection and drop off, rang 10mins before drop off and the guys where there to check over the car, deposit returned to my account the next day.

Von der Abholung bis zur Rückgabe hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Gerade nach der Ankunft am Flughafen war die schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung sehr angenehm. Das Fahrzeug war komfortabel, sauber und fuhr sich ausgezeichnet. Ich werde auch in Zukunft gerne wieder die Dienste von Malco Autovermietung nutzen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!
