I had an excellent experience with this company and its team. TJ, Julio, and the crew were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely hardworking. They did a phenomenal job on my siding, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Highly recommend their services!

Brian was timely and courteous. He fixed the problem with my window and will be back when the ordered parts arrive for the next fix.
UPDATE: We moved. I am so happy with the Majic Windows at my previous residence that I am having Majic Windows installed at my new house!

We scheduled a "free" estimate based on a door to door cold call. The sales pitch was a 45 - 60 minute estimate you could throw in the drawer and call up to a year later. The salesperson who came out, Keith, spent more time talking about how amazing he is, what an idiot the owner is, and how bad Anderson is instead of showing us ANYTHING about the windows - no styles, no choices other than color, NOTHING. Despite our being very honest right from the start that we would not be signing any purchase order that day as we are just embarking on a major renovation, 2.5 hours after his arrival and multiple high pressure sales techniques, he was "invited", for the third and final time, to leave, which precipitated slamming his paraphernalia and stomping out of the house. He was demeaning, condescending and rude the whole time. If additional research confirms an outsized cost/benefit ratio, we will still potentially consider Majic for our project, but it is doubtful at best. I would be happy to provide the owner with specific points if they are interested.
My husband and I adore the windows. My husband walked in and was absolutely amazed. The noise cancellation is phenomenal. Marshall and his team were very personable and kind.

Buyers Beware
Very Happy with the quality and manufacturing of my new windows, BUT that is thanks to our Canadian friends at Inline Fiberglass Windows in Etobicoke, ON from whom Majic purchases their windows
The Customer Service experience with Majic is some of the WORST Customer Service I have ever experienced, starting with our salesman, to customer service agents, to supervisors, to managers, to general managers
I quote one of their own employees who stated to my wife and I...
"Our Customer Service is Crap"
I regret I did not do enough "due diligence" before choosing the Majic experience! There is not much Magic at Majic

We are aware of your previous installation concern. Being that there was no loss to you as a homeowner and your concern was addressed in a timely fashion, we don't fell the egregious compensation demanded is warranted. Though we would like you to be as happy with the customer service as you seem to be with the product, we can't agree to unwarranted compensation.
Thanks for the great experience we love our New Windows Majic Window is the best. Truly the color and quality is the best decision I have ever made for my home !! I will definitely refer to all friends and Family !!! Thank You MAJIC WINDOW if your looking for window replacement MUST CALL MAJIC !!!! I appreciate that the installers were here on time. The installers worked hard until the project was finished. I am extremely satisfied with my finished bay window. I would use Majic again for all my window needs.

Majic installed new windows and a slider in our home today. The windows are beautiful and the installers were courteous and professional. They completed the entire job in just over three hours. The crew cleaned up and took all the garbage away. We’re very pleased with the workmanship and the windows. I will update when the siding is done.

Majic not only does windows, siding, gutters but also doe s ROOFS! My roof was leaking into my kitchren sink. They came out at 7:25am, They tore off my old roof, replaced several boards, put in a new roof and put in selgf closing louvers on the roof that already has cooled my house in just b.v a couple of hours. I have not run my air this year because I am barely scraping by. They cleaned up my property, used several brooms to collect any nails that fell. All this and they also took my Direct TV Dish down and replaced it properly. THEY WERE DONE BY 12 NOON. Need anything? Their commercials don't do them justice. I give them 10 stars if I could!
