Terrible admin/management team. I arranged a visit to get a free quote for a boiler replacement and when the engineer turned up he started diagnosing the fault with the existing boiler - which I already knew. The office team then tried to strongarm me into paying for the engineer's time, even though I never requested a fix, while the engineer sat awkwardly in the background. They told me they would check the call recordings and I never heard back - that is until another of their engineers turned up a week later to fix a water leak that I didn't have and had never called about.
Do not use this company.

His ability to assess the situation thoroughly and work through each step with care gave me complete confidence in his expertise.
What impressed me most was the level of skill and diligence he brought to the task. His practical knowledge far exceeded that of previous plumbers, who had taken several days to attempt the same repair. Harrison, however, managed to identify the root cause and fully rectify the problem within a single day, demonstrating both efficiency and a deep understanding of his trade.
I was genuinely relieved and grateful for the quality of his work. I would wholeheartedly recommend Harrison to anyone in need of a reliable and highly competent professional, and I would gladly call upon him again for any future plumbing needs.
Maintracts SAVE THE DAY! We have a complex, ageing, underfloor 8-loop heating system, some radiators, dual tanks, 4-way blending valves, pumps, 20 year old programmers, the list goes on and on!... What has been consistent since we bought this house 6 years ago is the heating system inconsistency! Having spent much time and money with various heating engineers over the years, only now we've met with Maintracts do we have someone who acutally understands the system and how to fix it! We were rescued from the cold yesterday by Malcolm and Matthew and we can't thank them enough! I'm so relieved to have met these subject matter experts to work with us now on a long-term solution. Thank you Maintracts!
Really pleased with this service. Daniel and Callum were efficient, polite, friendly and professional. They did what they said they’d do ie, call before arrival, the 3hr time period (much better than most as it’s usually half a day you have to wait in) and price was as quoted. 100% recommend and will definitely be using again.
Excellent Service
I contacted Maintracts to fix a leak in a bathroom for my niece who was away. After contacting them they arranged for a plumber to come out early the next morning. Nick rang me when he was on his way, a really lovely friendly guy, fixed the leak in no time and also recommended that we change the tap at the bathroom sink due to wear a tear. All done and reasonable prices. Thank you Nick. Would certainly use Maintracts again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I’ve used Maintracts for a couple of things now (Darryl for plumbing and Daniel for the boiler). Both found the issues quickly and resolved them easily. Very much appreciated especially after getting other engineers out that could not find the issue - should’ve gone to Maintracts in the first place!
Very reliable and friendly services, can not recommend enough!
Ive worked with maintracts a few times now and each time theyve delivered the highest standard of work. This time i worked with Jake, installing radiators the pipework was tricky and no one else would touch it. He was knowledgeable, punctual, efficient and generally a good guy! He was able to think on his feet and solve any issues on the spot. I cant recommend Jake more for any plumbing job, if you got one, mention him to the office and book him in. Thanks again Jake!

James from MAINTRACTS fixed a leaking kitchen tap and a stuck thermostat valve in my shower. He has been extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The team in the office was very helpful too, responding quickly to arrange appointments. MAINTRACTS did an excellent work for a very honest price. They asked me for details / pictures before coming on site, which was very reassuring considering another couple of plumbers I contacted just started by quoting for unnecessary major replacement works (that would have cost me 4 times what MAINTRACTS charged me) without even having had a look at the issues. If you are looking for a honest, knowledgeable, responsive plumber, MAINTRACTS is as good as it gets. Highly recommended!

Thoroughly professional start to finish
From start to finish, a thoroughly professional job.
Oliver rang and quickly confirmed that someone would be able to come out to look at my elderly mother-in-law’s ailing boiler - she had neither heating nor hot water.
Jack promptly attended and identified the fault. It’s an ancient boiler and several places he rang said that the part was obsolete. He had to travel a long way to a stockist who had what was needed. He returned and carried out the repair. He kept in touch with me throughout and was charming, friendly and helpful with my mother-in-law. Would not hesitate to recommend.
