I've moved about 15 times in my life and Main Street Movers by far was the best and easiest move I've had. Main Street was able to squeeze me in for a move in short notice which was so appreciated. The crew came early, was so gentle with my furniture and was efficient in moving my items in/out. I can't recommend this team enough!
Great experience. Used them twice and would recommend to anyone! They were very thorough and the office texted me while the move was taking place to make sure all was going well. They sent a hand written thank you which I felt was a nice touch. Very professional and move was completed quickly.
Second major move within 14 mos. with Main Street Movers. Love these guys - all are very nice and kind. They are a well organized team and move swiftly to minimize cost. They are very patient as I needed them to move heavy pieces of furniture from room to room to find the best fit. In addition, I used them for furniture storage and discard of unwanted furniture pieces. I also needed a piece of furniture delivered to a different address which they scheduled for first thing the next day. They are very flexible and provided us with a high level of service and a very favorable experience during an extremely stressful time. I highly recommend them.
Main Street Movers was rapid yet careful. They moved about a studio worth of stuff starting at 8 and ending at 11, door to door. They carefully wrapped the glass refrigerator and put down long mat to enter the apartment. The price was reasonable. They use technology well with sms notifications, email, electronic payment, virtual document signing, and a professional website with contact form. Highly recommended for a local move.
