When you find a solid contractor and want to keep working with them but you never want your water line to break again what do you do? haha.
Had a massive leak show up in my water line. Asked Grok for recommendations and called the first number that it suggested because of the high positive reviews and fast service. Within a couple hours of calling their number Tony was at my house diagnosing the problem and coming up with a strategy.
"If this were MY house then THIS is what I would do" is the type of thinking I desire and what was said and done.
The guys worked hard and fast to get my water line replaced. It would've been much simpler if the original builder hadn't of ran the water line right up against the 2" fire line 6' below ground. The job ended up being much more work than anticipated when that was discovered but Tony and his awesome team worked hard to get me back up and running in three days by starting early and working late.
Tim, Joey and Landon stayed well past dark all three days to get the water back on just in time for a baby shower and pressure wash off the large driveway so it was presentable.
Pizza, energy drinks, and tips didn't feel like enough. I don't want my water line to break again so I'm hoping I don't have to call them for that again but for anything even remotely related I'll be calling them.

Mainline is EVERYTHING you need in a plumber. They treat you like family. Super responsive and great at communicating especially when you’re not always present at the job. Pleased and not pleased. The job got finished within two days. The crew was very friendly and communicative. Biggest complaint is the unnecessary hole that was dug, which they didn’t inform me about, where they “assumed” the line was heading without using the tool to determine where the line went. Now I am out 30 additional bulbs and a perennial.

After talking to several contractors and getting bids for the work, I decided to go with Mainline. Tony and his team were able to pull a new main water line under my driveway and through two rock walls. The pull wasn’t straight, which added another level of difficulty. I was very happy they didn’t have to cut the concrete in my driveway or take the rock walls apart.
Tony was also very helpful in explaining other options in case the pull through the main line didn’t work. They tried several times and never gave up. I knew this job wouldn’t be easy, but Tony was able to get it done. Thanks!
