The guys were on time, never stopped, were courteous and really careful. It took them no time at all (okay we were well organised) and we were in our new home by 11.30 and they had finished. Really good service and would highly recommend them, thank you

Maidstone Removals were superb, from the first phone call to the moment they left our new home, after unloading. We were moving from Kent to Wiltshire and it was all done with complete precision. The team that arrived - Mike, Dan and Bob were like a well oiled machine, nothing was too much trouble. When they arrived at our new home everything was off-loaded into our chosen rooms with no breakages, as they were exceptionally careful with all our possessions. We would recommend Maidstone Removals 100 percent - 5 stars from us.

From the initial visit to confirm quotation, they were efficient, polite and hard working. We took out the packing service and removals service which took two days and we weren't diappointed; all of our possessions arrived athe new home in the right place, undamaged and properly labelled.

We had Maidstone removals move us in October 2023 from a two bed flat to a two bedroom house. We didn't get the keys until late so couldn't get in until 5pm but the two guys who helped us move were brilliant they were quick and handled our items with care. Would highly recommend

Unreal service. I had a lot of obscure items that I needed moving, microphones, computers, lighting all sorts of expensive stuff that could so easily be damaged. Not a scratch. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic company! I genuinely think they’ve got to be one of the best around in the area. 5* service throughout. Their price was reasonable, they were polite, communicated regularly up until the move date, helped us with a list minute change with putting our things in storage, and were flexible working around our timelines until we finally moved into our new home. Maidstone Removals just managed a move out of my previous property and into storage for both myself and my ex husband. They then moved both of us into separate properties weeks apart and in all circumstances did so quickly, efficiently and with nothing being too much trouble. I completely recommend them.

Disappointed at being let down at the last minute
Had a good quote several weeks prior to move date and accepted this on line and had confirmation of my acceptance. Advised them of target move date, etc.
Couple of weeks later, after further firming up on date, ordered packing materials from them which were delivered. I advised date was pretty much assured and was advised I should pay a week or so before to be sure.
Next call, 6 days prior to move, asked us how it was going. I advised we were about 95% packed and we were all set and ready, and I just needed to pay. They then told me, sorry, we're fully booked. Big let down,very disappointed
Thank you Maidstone Removals. Rob and his team were brilliant. Very professional and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Special shout out to Mike for his loading skills, I was very impressed with how much you managed to fit on the lorry. We will definitely call you guys again.
