I have used magic cleaners many times for alterations. i recently had them put some buttons on a jacket that will flip open so that you see both sides. They did it properly, and it did not show through the two layers. The underside looks perfectly clear. i can count on them to do quality work every time.

I have had 3 items tailored. Ski pants, zipper replaced on down jacket, and zipper replaced on a pillow cover. The service is wonderful. Open long hours and 6 days a week. Service is always greeted with a smile. I love the text message saying my item is ready for pick up. Bonus they take credit cards — unlike some others places I have been used.

I had a (synthetic) silk pleated skirt cleaned here. I had washed and steamed it a few times myself, and it was looking a little worse for wear. To my surprise, it came back with all the pleats entirely flattened out. After saying they could not put the pleats back into the skirt, Magic Cleaners asserted that was how I provided it to them and refused to compensate me for the ruined skirt. I was not impressed with the service, but I was most angry with the gaslighting. Taking responsibility for what occurred and apologizing would have gone a long way. Do not recommend.
