We had a fantastic experience with Mad About Science’s Weather Workshop at our school this week. The presenter was engaging and the hands-on activities made weather concepts fun and easy to understand. The students loved it and are still talking about what they learned. Highly recommended!

We had Mad About Science come to our house over the weekend for my son's 9th birthday party, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Caleb was our science presenter and he was absolutely exceptional. His knowledge of science was impressive, but more importantly, he had a wonderful way of connecting with the kids. We had a group of 13 energetic children, and Caleb kept them completely engaged the entire time. The experiments were fun, educational, and perfectly tailored to their age group. Caleb made science exciting and accessible, and my son hasn’t stopped talking about it since! Thank you for making my son’s birthday both fun and truly special. I can’t recommend Mad About Science highly enough – it's a party we’ll all remember for a long time!

The presenter was not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly engaging, making the complex world of science both accessible and exciting for the students. Amazing customer service.Thank you so much, Kathy. I only discovered that my express delivery order had met a glitch when I enquired on the Wednesday before Easter. It was needed before 11am next day, Thursday, with Easter holidays commencing Friday. Kathy’s email response to my query was immediate, refunding the full delivery charges and putting an urgent reorder in train. Incredibly, the parcel arrived by courier as needed by 10.30 am next day! Thanks again Kathy for taking the trouble with your considerate, personal emails, and for the extraordinarily rapid “item pick” and shipment you managed to arrange.

I ordered 6 items for Christmas. One had damaged parts, one was an ant farm with instructions in to buy ants from a country that doesn't ship to Australia, one was missing. So 50% success rate and nobody answers emails... I think these guys are just a distributor with no quality control or customer service in place!

Went to Mad about Science today as it is not far from where I live. Felt like I was an alien who had just entered their work space, I was told that they normally do Click and Collect although on the front desk there is a sign saying they deal with customers/public on certain terms to which I adhered to. Anyway my overall experience was disappointing and embarrassing, the product I ended up purchasing was not what I even wanted but given how I was being treated I was reluctant to say so.

These guys are amazing, They tracked down my package for me as the courier hadn't delivered for 1.5 months, mad about science had sent it off the day after ordering. Maybe go in to purchase rather than use aramex delivery service

I bought Baby Soda Bottle Preforms and the white caps supplied all leak, have repeatedly tried to contact them via email and no reply. Left with a product that doesn’t work. Disappointed.
