I contacted Phillip regarding my newly purchased iPod Classic as I was looking into potential upgrades but wasn’t quite sure what I needed. Phillip was incredibly helpful and quick to respond, providing all the information I was after. I decided to go for the 2000mAh battery upgrade along with 256GB of SSD storage. The whole process took about a week, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. You get regular updates on your device’s status, and a tracking number once it’s shipped. Excellent service from start to finish!

What a legend phil is. Went in with my phone not charging expecting to pay for a new charging port. He could have easily charged me to change this, but instead told me he would save me money and just removed a load of fluff and gave it back to me fully working. Don't think most places would be so honest and helpful!

Absolutely brilliant service, rang up to explain what was wrong with my iPhone 8S went along the same day repaired within three hours at a very very competitive price. I would not hesitate to use this service again, Polite, professional and friendly. Mr C Jackson NB: Finally decided to upgrade my phone (iPhone 8s) 2 years further on, but had a new battery installed by Apple Repairs Kent .. ..
