I have been under Craig who has given me exercises to do on a physio app and this has greatly helped my mobility and balance and weight distribution on walking.
Recommend him for rehabilitation after surgery especially when the NHS waiting lists are so long and it’s important to get flexibility and strength in the joint as quickly as possible to enable faster recovery after what is quite a major operation.
Macfarlane Physiotherapy are great. They have really experienced sports physios who understand what is needed to get back into training after injury or surgery. It is not about being OK for everyday activities, it is about getting fit and strong enough for sport, whatever level you do it at. They also have an online app where they put up videos of your exercise programme which I found really helpful. I never found difficulty getting an appointment and even had one online when I was abroad to check on my progress. Well done, Macfarlane Physios!

Excellent staff and very professional. The exercises given were all tailored to my injury and then updated as I improved. As it was all on the app it was easy to follow and understand. 100% recommend the service and the flexibility of having later appointments to suit.
I advise that you need to be aware there is limited parking as it's on the high street so arrive in good time
Such a welcoming and relaxing environment and Craig’s time in assessment before forming any plan was so thorough. I thought I just had to put up with the stiffness from knee osteoarthritis but through massage, dry needling and specific stretches, eased tremendously. Now, I have a stretching routine every morning and evening and it’s making such a difference.
