My first visit to physiotherapy was with Craig at MacFarlane Physiotherapy in Stirling, and it was a very positive experience from start to finish. Craig explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, which helped me gain a much better understanding of my issue and the recovery process. I was also given a personalised exercise programme through an app, which was straightforward to use and easy to follow. The exercises really helped speed up my recovery. The level of care, professionalism, and support I received was excellent throughout. I would highly recommend Craig and the team at MacFarlane Physiotherapy to anyone needing treatment. Expert help with scar tissue recovery Had a knee replacement last year and struggled with scar tissue afterward. The team here was absolutely amazing and got everything sorted for me. I was treated for a sprained ankle by Craig who I found to be very professional and friendly. He took time to work through the diagnosis explaining everything thoroughly and making sure I was ok with the treatment plan and follow up exercises. It was handy to take the park and ride alighting at the sheriff court saves the hassle and cost of trying to park nearby.

Made an appointment as I had been having pain in my neck, shoulders and lower back for a long time. Craig explained how acupuncture combined with an exercise programme could be helpful. After six treatments the pain has totally gone and I can move my neck freely again.
