John was great from start to finish. I had an issue with a faucet I ordered that ended up being delayed in transit. John was able to keep in contact and once it came in he got me back on his schedule to repair the faucet and take care of a leak. Communication was great as well through the entire process.

John was great. We had to get a new sink plumbed along with a drain move and new plumbing geometry. Showed up on time, let me know what options were and how I could save money, then got it done. Highly recommend his services. Update, had John back out to install a new gas line for our new stove. Great work, plumbing the line was a little complicated with the way our builder installed the original to the subfloor, but he corrected that for a much lower profile. Thanks!

Jon came by to fix our bathtub this afternoon and did a spectacular job! Our bathtub has been broken for 5 years and he had it fixed in a few minutes. His prices were great, but his service is why we will never use another plumber. Our kids were napping and he was kind enough to come in and out of the house extra quiet so that he wouldn’t wake them. MACAW is the only plumber we’ll use.

My experience with Macaw Plumbing was surprisingly pleasant with no inconvenience at all. Jonathan was a true professional, answering all my questions and educating me on what was being done to the leaking toilet. I would 100% recommend Macaw Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. They are 10+ in my book! I will definitely be using them again to upgrade them my other two bathrooms thank you again!
