I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I’ve had so far. I joined on 9th May, and ever since then, I have been continuously pressured regarding the fee payment. Despite all this, I have already paid a total amount of ₹22,500 for a 6-month course.
However, till now, I have hardly attended 6 to 7 classes, and I feel completely dissatisfied. I had clearly informed at the time of joining that I might not be able to attend classes regularly from 10 AM to 6 PM, and I was assured that I would be provided with online classes instead. Now, the team is completely denying what was promised earlier.
Moreover, I am being told that the course duration could extend up to 1 year, even though it's officially a 6-month course — and several other students have shared similar feedback. There seems to be a lot of manipulation happening here, and it has created a very negative experience for me.
I sincerely request you to please refund my amount, as I am highly dissatisfied and have not received the service that was promised.

Regarding online classes, we recall our team making multiple attempts to accommodate your schedule after your job restarted, which made it difficult for you to attend during our center's working hours. We consistently offered online classes between 9 AM and 7 PM to ensure you could continue your course. We can assure you that we never denied providing online classes to you, and we always strive to honor our commitments.
Concerning the course duration, we want to clarify that our 6-month course structure remains unchanged for all students, and we ensure regular classes are conducted. There has been no instance of course extension to 12 months for any of our students. We are committed to delivering the promised curriculum within the stipulated timeframe. Even when a faculty member was unavailable, we made immediate arrangements for another faculty to conduct your class, ensuring continuity.
We understand that your work schedule has become a significant constraint, and in an effort to support your learning journey, we offered several alternative solutions. These included providing backup classes, arranging weekend classes, and even suggesting that you could start your classes at a later, more convenient time. We regret that despite these options, you found them unsuitable.
Regarding your request for a refund, we communicated that as per the MAAC Brand's policy, there is no provision for refunds. To ensure complete transparency and to explore any possible avenues for assistance, we even arranged a discussion between you and contact person from the MAAC India’s team. Our aim was to help you within the framework of the brand's policies.
We want to reiterate our commitment to your education. If you decide to resume your classes, we will ensure that all services promised to you are delivered, and we remain dedicated to helping you complete your course successfully.
