The team is always welcoming, friendly, and truly professional. Their customer service is consistently excellent, and they always go the extra mile to make sure you’re looked after. They’re incredibly helpful without ever being pushy, and they really work with you to find something that fits your needs and your budget. This time I chose Waterhaul frames—a UK company that recovers and recycles marine plastic from our coastlines to create purposeful, traceable products. I love the idea behind them, and I’m absolutely delighted with how my new glasses look and feel. Thank you to everyone at Lynne Fernandes for your fantastic service and care! Highly recommended.
