Save your money and invest it in what actually works for your business. Based on my experience, this company was a complete disappointment. I paid $750 for their services and received zero leads and zero phone calls not a single result. After realizing there was no return, I cancelled my membership and requested a refund. Despite cancelling, I was still charged, and instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was threatened with legal action. That alone was incredibly frustrating and concerning. Communication was poor, accountability was lacking, and there was no meaningful effort to make things right. Seeing the volume of positive Google reviews compared to my actual experience makes me seriously question how genuine those reviews are. From my perspective, this felt like a money grab with no results to justify the cost. I would strongly caution other business owners to do thorough research, read the fine print, and be very careful before committing.

Very easy to work with. Communication is great and always timely. We use them for designing our social media content and posting. They take every change we request well, but that typically is not needed, as they understood our needs for content fairly quickly. They took our brand guide and applied it to the content correctly, with little need for changes. Now, we just use them for the monthly service and I hardly ever have to ask for any edits to the content.

I had never hired a marketing company before and was worried I wouldn't get a return on my investment.
