The stay with LUXURY RENTALS Miami was amazing, as always. Their communication is excellent, and they consistently go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. The 1 Hotel remains one of my favorites—it’s clean, beautifully appointed, and provides a truly outstanding guest experience. I’ll definitely be staying with them again on my next trip to Miami.

Fantastic for families or small group of friends for privacy and integration to the hotel facilties!
☺ Access to the 1 Hotel facilities while having our own private apartment was the perfect solution for our family with older teenagers. We were able to take advantage of the self catered kitchen (the house car drivers took us to the supermarket for a quick shop at Publix) and private lounge - as well as sample the excellent cuisine in Wtr (Japanese roof top Bar and Restaurant) and STK (nearby steakhouse) The nearby location on Miami South beach to the promenade - was great for morning walks/runs

Wow! I can't say enough positive things about this property and the management company. I've stayed at the One Hotel before, but was traveling with one of my adult children who has severe food allergies and we prefer to have access to a full kitchen. This property was perfection in every way. We were greeted at check-in, showed around the apartment and made familiar with all of the fabulous amenities. It's the perfect apartment and would stay here again 10/10!

A perfect apartment that felt like home. It is situated at the quieter end on Collins Avenue, so there was no disturbance from music etc which I have experienced in the past. Very clean and welcoming. I would return and would recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great Family Vacation Spot
This apartment was great for our family vacation, the property is big and has great amentities. Management was also very professional and responsive. My only complaint is the AC was not working in one of the rooms and a bed was broken in the master bedroom which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. We notified management and they said they would fix it but unfortunately they never did.

☺Impecável!! Maravilhoso!!Apartamento com 3 suites. Uma varanda enorme, com sofás, mesa com uma vista incrível para o mar. Decoração de muito bom gosto!! Muitas tolhas no banheiro disponíveis, cozinha completa, sabão para lavar roupas e louças, sacos lixo etc. Utilizamos todos os espaços do hotel, que é também maravilhoso!! Enfim, tudo perfeito!

O apartamento está bem novo, limpo, e é ótimo para famílias com crianças, contando com todos os serviços e estrutura do One. O isolamento acústico à noite também é muito bom. A comunicação e respostas às nossas demandas foram rápidas e o check-in fácil. Viajando com crianças de 2 anos e meio de idade apenas consideramos que faltou algum playground no One e a região no entorno também não conta com parquinho, tendo como atividades principalmente piscina e praia.
