Amazing!!!!

Highlight recommend. Beautiful unit and view.

O apartamento está bem novo, limpo, e é ótimo para famílias com crianças, contando com todos os serviços e estrutura do One. O isolamento acústico à noite também é muito bom. A comunicação e respostas às nossas demandas foram rápidas e o check-in fácil. Viajando com crianças de 2 anos e meio de idade apenas consideramos que faltou algum playground no One e a região no entorno também não conta com parquinho, tendo como atividades principalmente piscina e praia.

The perfect location with stunning amenities. Great for a group of friends or a family. I will absolutely be suggesting The 1 Hotel residences to anyone traveling to Miami!

esta es la segunda ves , que nos quedamos en HOTEL 1 de Miami, todo muy bien ...Algunos detalles que estimo , se podrian mejorar .-Al salir del hotel, se nos indico , que teniamos, valorespendinetes, a nuestro parecer estoo era posible , ya que habiamos cancelado todo previo al viaje.-Creo , que debiera existir una mejor comunicacion, entre Airb y el operador de estas unidades.-Al indicarle, al representante de Luxury Rentalls que se comunicara con ARBNB , nos indico , que no era posibleEsto, nos genrero ,un ipass, muy delicado..Favor, en lo posble , se debiera tener mayor cuidado ,con esto. mas aun en unidades de esta categia.-casi 12.000 US por 6 noches.-Para su consideracionAtte JAIME ROJAS TOLEDO.-

Nice accommodations. They had some waters in the refrigerator which was great and a sweet treat for us. We felt the A/C wasn’t the best in the master to the right. Also, bummed we couldn’t get room service when other rooms right next to us clearly got room service. Would definitely rent through Luxury Rentals again.

Another excellent stay at the 1 Hotel Residences. It's so nice to have access to all the hotel amenities while staying in a condo. The Unit was great, three bedrooms plus a den with a sleeper sofa. The check-in process is a breeze, just like checking in to a hotel, with full-time concierge at the front desk. The host/property management company was very responsive. When we had a minor problem with the air conditioner, they offered to move us to another unit in the building. The other unit was nicer so it would have been an upgrade but we decided to stay in our original unit for convenience. Nonetheless, they went above and beyond in trying to make us comfortable! I would highly recommend this unit and this host!

What a fantastic experience! I stayed at the condo for 3 nights for my bachelorette weekend trip and the customer service and experience was impeccable from beginning to end. Upon our arrival our checkin in was relatively seamless and the extra touch of bride decor in our kitchen with goodies bags and champagne started off our trip wonderfully! Our contacts also made sure to fill our stay with any reservations that we needed along with recommendations throughout our stay if we were interested. The condo itself was just as pictured and had the best view of the ocean. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for luxury, relaxation and a fun filled vacation.

WOW!Booked this place for me and my girlfriends for an extended "girls getaway" weekend / birthday trip. Adriano at Luxury Rentals was very proactive in making sure our needs were taken care of prior to arrival. When we arrived in the room, not only was it so nice and welcoming but they had decorated it with balloons and signs for my birthday!The girls on my trip were slightly needy, but Adriano welcomed us with positivity and kindness. It really made the stay very welcoming and fun, with smiles on our face the entire time!Some of the girls even extended their stay because they were having so much fun. I would love to come back and stay with Luxury Rentals, everything about our experience was 10/10.

This was our second time staying in the same unit. The first time we came last year we noticed a burnt stain on one of the loungers outside and this year it still wasn’t replaced. Not appealing considering the price per night we’re paying. There’s painting that needs to be done on the ceiling out on the patio that’s an eye sore. There was trash left over in the waste basket in the primary bedroom. The main challenge is how many people are trying to communicate with you from different teams. It’s confusing with so many people texting you but not communicating on their end and nothing gets done. Or some multiple times. We had someone from sales reach out wanting to show the unit to potential buyers. We let them know that we were not comfortable with that since our kids were with us. And again, considering the price per night it was inappropriate to ask. We asked for more trash bags and it took a few hours before someone answered us and did it. Very frustrating.

Great stay overall. We enjoyed the amenities of the one hotel and had no issues with the apartment. The one thing I would suggest is to extend free cleanings for long stays.
