We were in Miami with our family of 4, kids aged 16 and 14, for a family vacation. The property is beautiful, well kept, and gorgeous ocean view. The hotel amenities are incredible. The hotel is very family friendly as we saw numerous families with small children at the pool and around the property. We went to the beach most days and the service there was impeccable. We used the gym at the hotel and it was best gym I have ever seen on a property! The management company, Luxury Rentals Miami Beach was incredible. Prompt, elegant, respectful service and incredibly courteous. I highly recommend this property for your next stay on Miami beach!

This is THE PLACE to stay in South Beach. I haven’t stayed in such an accommodating Airbnb. The staff and communication was always on point! It’s like staying in a luxury hotel- but with the perks of a home like a washer and dryer and loads of space. The 2 bed, 2.5 bath was plenty of space for 4 of us. The rooms are HUGE with lots of closet space. The location is super walkable to whatever you need- the beach is right next to the hotel and they have rental bikes to wonder wherever you want to down the iconic south beach boardwalk. We honestly didn’t even feel the need to leave much though due to the incredible restaurants on the rooftop and poolside. I will be staying here again and I highly suggest you book it too! You won’t regret it.

Great location in South Beach We travelled to Miami to spend time with family. This location at the 1 Hotel was awesome. Great beach/pools, bars and restaurants. So easy to charge to our room. This is our second stay and look forward to coming back!

Miami trip Beautiful, large condo. Great value compared to a hotel room. Fun hotel, but amenities and service were a little spotty for a hotel of this repute. The pools are small for such a large complex and chairs fill up well before noon. It required way too much effort to get service at the pool.
