Balloons arrived deflated. Overpriced and pitiful balloon display delivered to 1 hotel. Better balloons can be purchased at dollar tree. .
Nice arrangement but expensive but that was ok. Problem is the flowers died the next morning. Ordered an arrangement for afternoon evening and it was dead in the morning. I emailed and was busy but when got back to me they offered 20% off plus an additional 20% on the next order to give a second chance. They said they think it's because of the dryness of the room. Originally they said they would offer a new bouquet but I already left the area. I'll have to try them next time hopefully we won't have that issue again.
A bit expensive for an average product. Chocolate covered strawberries were over $80/dozen a with taxes, delivery, etc. the total was over $120. I’m okay paying for high end products but felt the quality was far below the price point.

the prettiest and most beautiful flowers ever they are so nice and beautiful and and the owners are really sweet and kind and they have a lovely variety of selections available that can cater to different preferences and also have different designs that are so bright and beautiful to look at. i definitely recommend getting g there near brandy melville on broadway they’re the best and the customer service is absolutely amazing!! the colors are so pretty and eye catching and it’s such a great gift to get your loved one or partner

But the nicest things are the workers — they’re actually the sweetest ppl ever. They helped me pick flowers like they were very patient and nice with me.
