I cannot thank Sam from Landjet Transfers enough for his amazing, professional & urgent assistance. Our daughter’s phone was lost, we could find its location but it was 1hour 40minutes away in a neighbourhood she did not know. I was worried about her going to attempt to collect it. So I called Landjet Transfers. Sam answered the phone, he arranged someone to go to the precise location where the phone was, knocked on a door, retrieved the phone & then he drove it all the way to our daughter’s house. He kept me updated during the entire 24hours & he even kindly charged the phone. It was above and beyond my expectation & I feel so grateful to him for handling the entire situation the way he did.

Highly Professional Luton Taxi I booked a transfer to Luton Airport and couldn't be happier with the service. The booking process was straightforward and they kept me updated with clear communication leading up to the trip. My driver Sam arrived a few minutes early, sent a polite text to let me know he was outside, and was really helpful with my luggage. We had some traffic on the way but the driving was safe, and he was kind and professional. It took the stress out of traveling for me. I highly recommended and will definitely use them again for my next trip!

Excellent service from central London to Luton Airport! Booking online was easy, and communication via WhatsApp was easy with prompt responses. Price could not be beat - it was the best of four companies I checked. Drivers were great, on time, and polite and professional. Would highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Landjet Transfer. We were a group of 19 passengers travelling from Luton, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We were picked up right on time and transported in two Mercedes Vito vehicles and one saloon car, with plenty of space for all our luggage. They also took care of the booster seat we had requested. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. They kept us informed at all times and even contacted us the night before to confirm the details, which gave us great peace of mind. Our driver, Sam Hussein, was absolutely wonderful — very friendly, professional and helpful. Everything went smoothly and exactly as planned. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the size of our group, the amount of luggage and the quality of the service we received. We are extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Landjet Transfer to anyone looking for a reliable, punctual and professional airport transfer service. Thank you very much to the whole team, and especially to Sam! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
