I too had a bad experience when dealing with the sales guy. At my initial visit this guy did not have my interest in mind, a high pressured, arrogant, manipulative person whom has nothing on his mind but pushing these expensive packages which cost into the thousands $$$$ done your throat He first began with fake compliments of how you good you look. (this is your first visit mind you) He then railroads you into purchasing treatments for three to twelve months and then offering some sort of discounts (a few hundred dollars) while causes confusion. After arriving home I felted as if I had been Hoodwinked and bamboozled by a used car salesman and I became very upset with the outcome. I had to returned needing someone to explain to me exactly what had transpired in my visit as far as the six months package II had sign up for. (very expensive) A lady (whom said she was one of the owners) came out to talk with me. She too was somewhat arrogant which made me feel stupid and she became frustrated when being asked questions of the payment schedule I'm now obligated to pay. Now as far as treatment and how after my first appointment, I see no difference in my appearance, however, having used their products for the first thirty days, I know I can't expect much but I'll let folks know after six months if there were any noticeable changes in my appearance. I'm not looking for any type of miracle but I will expect some improvement around my eyes and neck. The challenge will be blending the difference colors on my face (from sunburn) into one that will help my appearance. caution: Be cautious of their sales tactics or you will find yourself feeling bamboozled. ( taken advantage of )

My experience was awesome really profesional! The front desk is amazing Allen was super nice and answered all my questions. And Michaela was very polite and funny. Cristina my esthetician was very considerate about my needs. She was very skillful and super nice! I can see improvements after my first cold plasma brightening treatment. I can’t wait for my next one.

The front office staff had great energy! My esthetician was very sweet and knowledgeable. The results of my skin tightening looked great! The aggressive bully salesman at the end was not appealing. I was definitely interested in setting up future sessions up until that point. But I must say Cristina tried to change the tone with her kindness :) Sincerely Happy and Disappointed

Unfortunately 😔 my experience with them was not great they didn't live up to their word. they said they would not charge my card until my services was scheduled and completed . I never received a call to confirm I never received a text to confirm.and they charged my bank and when I proceeded to call them that I did not receive any service from them why did they charge my bank and I did not want their service they refused to put my money back. Saying the 4 products I got last month which I paid for , were worth a lot of money and I told her I paid my services I paid $306 + $159.00 for one treatment for first time.which they gave me my product and they said that if I come the second time I would receive another bag of products with my treatment which I did not receive. Cuz I never went back for the treatment and I don't plan on it 😡 The lady I spoke with on the phone said she could not put the money back I said I have not received any services this month I want my money back please put my money back they refused. Please do not go to Luna Allure there's no professional estheticians. The gadget that they use on your face burns the face so bad it's a hot little round metal they run around your face in circles. Not worth the money . Not to mention they charged a card which I told them not to and now it put me short on certain payments .They don't care , ladies they're ripping you off it's not worth the money instead go to a professional cosmetologist or a dermatologist.

She took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire treatment. She informed me when the temperature would change, as she massaged my face, which added an extra level of relaxation and comfort to the experience. I was amazed by the results, my face looked absolutely snatched, with noticeable improvements in the tone and texture of my skin. But what truly blew me away was the illusion she created with my lips. I never knew I had them until Debby worked her magic, making them appear plump and accentuated.
