I bought a non electric cargo bike and needed all the accessories to carry my daughter at the back and lug some bags at the front. I saw that they had everything in stock and drove over there. They were very knowledgable and helped me to choose the right accessories and even offered to install them. As my bike was still in parts in the trunk I decided to take them home. The whole team is super friendly and if I needed to rent an electric cargo bike, I would ask them first, they also have Tern ones on sale.

Got a Tern ebike with the back bench seat, has been great doing the school drop offs and pickups. So much easier to get the family out on a weekend ride. Great people to deal with. 10/10.

Best bike company ever! After trying several disastrous services in central Sydney, Lug and carry truly stands out. The team is incredibly kind, the bikes are top-quality with great battery life, and if you ever have an issue, like a flat tire, they’ll come to your home and fix it for free. I recommend them to everyone. I love my bike!

Very bad. Two issues within 3 data. I would not recommend for families as customer service is super bad if you have an issue with bike you need to get a special taxi with the bike to get it fixed so like 4h door to door. Go to competition.

True game-changer - after having rented an e-bike for couple of months (great service!), we decided to purchase 2. You won't need a car for the vast majority of your trips. Kids love going on a ride. Great for school drop-off as well.

They really know how to service Tern bikes! The attention to details was superb. They picked up on one of the pedal bearings starting to ber worn off for replacement (you would only notice that if tested the bicicle before servicing it).

You actually can't beat L&C! It is well and truly our second car. The kids love being taken to school, cruising to the beach and shops and just exploring our local area. We love our Tern bike with the Shimano gear set, bosch motor and frame setup with the kids seats. L&C customer service and bike service is fantastic - they know these bikes and they look after them and you. Would give 6 stars if I could. :-)
