Matthew was an absolute lifesaver in helping my girlfriend secure a new home on incredibly short notice. Initially, we were skeptical about our tight timeline since we discovered the listing quite late. However, everything changed once we reached out to him. Matthew managed to schedule a viewing of the place we liked within 24 hours, and remarkably, we closed the deal and signed the lease just 48 hours after contacting him.
Throughout the process, Matthew answered every single question we had, demonstrating his expertise as a strong negotiator and an effective liaison between us and the landlord. I began my search for rental homes/townhouses by browsing online listings and connecting with a local real estate agent. The agent, Matthew Lang was prompt and scheduled us to view the property immediately after some questions were asked and answered. This initial stage was seamless and informative, setting a positive tone for the rest of the process. He was punctual and well-prepared. The place was perfect for my family the moment we saw the house. The negotiation phase was somewhat challenging but ultimately rewarding. Every detail was discussed that same day and the decision was made the next day. Once we agreed on the terms, the signing process was quick and straightforward. After signing the lease, the agent continued to be a valuable resource which was very helpful for us. Our experience leasing a home was overwhelmingly positive. The real estate agent's expertise and dedication were instrumental. I highly recommend Matthew Lang and look forward to a successful tenure in our new home.
